Usually have good experiences here. Today we placed an online order. I know they’re busy so we showed up 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and it still wasn’t ready. When we checked the order they left out half of one of the entrees, and gave us 3 rangoons when we ordered 12. We went back in to tell them that the order was wrong and the girl working the register asked us if we need 7 rangoons. We told her we needed 9, because we paid for 12 and got 3. The girl hesitated and looked towards her manager. He said asked us what we needed and we repeated what we had paid for. He looked at the girl and just nodded as if she was allowed to give us what we had already paid for. When we got home we noticed they still shorted us 3 rangoons. There was no silverware or sauces either. All the stickers on the food showed exactly what we had ordered and they are the ones who royally messed up, yet were acting like we were trying to scam them or something. Terrible customer service. Food was subpar. Rice wasn’t even cooked...

I had to run out to my car and grab my sweater just so I could stand in line while waiting on half my order and it was getting cold my food that is while I was waiting on my husband's food . Chow Maine and Sweet N Fire Chicken to cook. So I asked them to please remake mine and they said sure but you have to wait again on the Chow Maine to cook and my Orange chicken cause they ran out again. So then my husband's food is getting cold , now I'm really mad . That was the coldest rudest place that I have ever been . And who ever that Tall guy filling people's containers for a phone order kept taking all the food/meats that's cause he would over fill the Large Side Containers to where you had to mash the top down and it wouldn't stay closed and very Rude. I'll NEVER GO BACK and I told a couple of my neighbors and they told their friends and they said that they had a problem before there also . Enjoy the Story Because it's True . Read moreIf you’re ordering food from this Paso Robles location, I strongly recommend double-checking your order before leaving. Unfortunately, mistakes seem to happen often. This is the second time within a month that my order was missing an entire item, despite clear communication.
Today, I ordered Super Greens and rice. I was informed they needed to prepare a fresh batch and was asked to wait. After paying, I sat down for about 5–6 minutes while they cooked the food. When they called my name, I trusted that everything was in the bag and headed home. Unfortunately, one of the items I waited for was missing yet again.
To their credit, the food quality is usually good, and the staff are friendly and courteous. But it’s pretty DAMN annoying to spend $30–40 on a meal only to consistently find items missing. Better attention to detail, even during busy times, would make a big difference...
