Dunkin' — Restaurant in Passaic

This is our neighborhood Dairy Queen. We always receive the coupon in the mail. We alway like the coupon for the buy one and get one free coupon. The best thing about them is they run the manager special.

Just a note, I am guessing they love to have the store at high visible area at the Main Street such as Bruce B Down to get more traffic with customer. It is great to have the store across to cinema. If you have a scary movie you need to have the ice cream to calm your heartbeat. If you watch a love movie, you can share the ice cream with your love one and continue in the love pool.

I love their blizzard the way they have prepared it. They with mix the ice cream, milk, choices of mix and scramble together. Then they will show you the upside down mixed product in the cup to tell you how well they mix it. I love their cappuccino flavor with Heath bar. My wife usually cannot have any caffein after noon time. I am usually finish the cup myself. The Heath bar crunch make the blizzard more flavor increase the coffee flavor. Chocolate and cappuccino - get it together like the superglue in flavor.

I can see their business is getting impact by nearby ice cream store. Competition among them getting stronger. I will continue to support...

This Dunkin Donuts, at 76 Main Avenue in Passaic, is definitely one of the worst ones around. Besides having higher prices than others nearby, this is only place I've been to that completely fouled up on three items in one session. First, despite it being only a little before six in the evening, they were completely out of the type of donuts I wanted, and the one that I actually took was decidedly stale. Next, the coffee was more resemblant of discolored hot water than actual coffee. Finally, a simple thing like a bagel with butter turned out as a lump of charcoal with only a dab of discernable butter present in just one bite out of that abominable conglomeration. To add to the displeasure of my visit was the facial expression of the counter person, which gave off the impression of "I just want to get out of here". Needless to say, I won't have any plans for future patronizing of this...

Have visited here twics. Second visit two days ago, I ordered a beyond sausage sandwich. The elderly man while preparing it sneezed into the air, not into his sleeve like he should of. I was shocked I mentioned it to the young lady who was by his side preparing my coffee. She looked at me and ignored me. I told her again, your company needs to teach their staff serious hygiene protocols. This elderly man has not been taught how to protect himself and the public in spreading germs I noticed he was limited in English, when the young lady told him to prepare my sandwich. They seemed nice, but.......I don't want germs on my food again, so I will be avoiding this Dunkin. Management needs to teach staff here how to protect themselves and their customers against spreading germs and cross contamination . Serious methods on hygiene...
