Zelenka Park, tucked away in the southeast corner of the city, is one of those cozy little facilities that has a little for everyone. The most prominent feature of the park is its large football field, which has been resurfaced and refurbished several times in the last decade or so, which takes up about 3/4 of the park's area. There is however, a very nice compact playground that has swings, a medium sized jungle gym with numerous slides to keep the kids happy, and a full court basketball court for older kids. The playground was not designed thoughtfully with a specific age group in mind. Most of the equipment is too high or challenging for children under 4.
