Checkers — Restaurant in Paterson

Came here last night around 12 o’clock and the girl running the drive through was beyond rude. No manners! I pull up to the speakers and she’s like “system is down I can’t take your order” then you ask her a question and she’s cutting you off like you’re bothering her saying “I can’t do anything for you!”. First off maybe start with “sorry for the inconvenience our system is down” it’s not rocket science, we drove to your establishment and you’re having difficulties. Don’t be rude on top of that. Like she was getting joy out of shutting everyone down. I went to market street and it was way nicer people there at least said thank you and have a good night like standard...

Service never opens both windows so nine times out of ten you're sitting on a line. They seem to have a prohibition on soda, so if you order a coke you'll probably just get coke flavored seltzer.

The only redeeming quality is their packaging. Burgers are under seasoned and uninspired unlike the usual checker burger I go to, I've gotten oddly sliced hard tomatoes, old lettuce, nothing that screams fresh here.

Their price reflects that you get what you pay for here, even in the ice cream department. Buyer beware, cheap isnt always better. Go here for mozzarella sticks, go up the road a bit to Burger King...

Horrible. We were there over an hour because they took forever taking our order and getting our order ready. The cashier had no customer service, but the young man with dreadlocks was very kind. Everyone on the speaker was rude. Finally got our food and was missing things. Waited tons more and were given the incorrect order. We just gave up and left because it was already after 1am and we had a long drive.

No sauce given for wings. Fries were so old and crusty and everyone knows Checkers has the best fries, so I was so disappointed. We paid a ton for horrible quality and...
