I won’t lie and say their food is trash but it is mediocre. I moved to the town and have frequented this ONE place I’m big on who I give my business to especially when it comes to the food my children and I eat. Over the years it’s been mishaps but I always sweep it under the rug. After today tho I will not be sweeping anything under the rug. At this point they are taking advantage of the people in the community. The same community that has built their business and takes care of them and their families. The other day the phone operator took an order wrong and when my daughter in law came back with the order and explained what went wrong Mindy had an attitude and was rolling her neck and emphasizing her words as if my daughter in law could not comprehend the English language. I thought it was completely out of pocket and unnecessary. Today my youngest son pick up the food and she charged $1.50 to put bbq on wings. I could see if we nickel and dime but EVERYTIME we get food there the minimum is $50. On top of that I can purchase a whole bottle for that price. On top of the fact that we spend good money there, we have ONLY frequented this place for the past 10 years. Who charges for condiments? That’s crazy to me but I will be looking for a new place to take my business. I don’t like to feel like I am being robbed and at this point that’s the vibe I’m getting. Charging to cut wings in half? Charging for ketchup and hot sauce? They have gotten extremely carried away. I used to order from them constantly but now they have literally gone down hill ! I ordered a separate boxed meal and they sent me two lunch boxes half empty ! The food came out absolutely disgusting ! I honestly miss when they actually had great food and great customer service ! I’ve been ordering from here for years but tonight changed my mind. I placed an order that cost $53.49 and they messed up two dishes. I called them immediately and they told me they would send a driver to replace the meal and never did he show up.
