McDonald's — Restaurant in Paterson

Cannot go a week without one of my orders being messed up. The food takes forever (not uncommon for me to wait 20min) for the smallest of orders. Despite that, the meat is still somehow uncooked. Do not honor coupons that they've handed to me. Tried to redeem one, and they purposely gave me the wrong order and told me what I ordered was not on the coupon despite it being written clearly in the very next sentence. Instead of reading further than the first sentence, they instead doubled down on me being wrong. Many occasions of that. I also have to deal with being heckled for change by the drug addicts hanging out in front of the store everyday. If you ignore them, they follow you and ask you. All of the nice employees have also left. The rest are either neutral, which I do not mind (at least they are not rude), or rude. Unfortunately, the rude ones are the ones I am forced to deal with the most.

The real kicker is that food here cost much more than it does in wealthier areas despite this being an urban area. So I am paying more for everything for less of everything. I honestly hate this place, but I like saving money too much to quit. Cannot wait for a Wendy's to...

First off I bought the 3 dollar bundle and the women would not let me use the bathroom because I didn't spend 5 dollars. I do not look like a junkie. I am actually in my work clothes. On top of that I waited at the counter for 5 min (no exaggeration) before I was told I had to use the quiosk. Than for 3 min I tried to get ANYONES attention to tel them I only had cash. Finally the same women said I can still use the machine. After I did i took my blank ticket (the printer is out of ink so they couldn't see my order anuway) to the register where I waited another 4 min for someone to take my order. Her name was lesly and she was very nice. I don't know though how she let her employees speak and act that way towards customers though. Finally, I recieve my food and asked anyone for a bbq and ranch sauce. As I said please and thankyou I was once again rudely ignored. The amount of disrespect in that facility is appalling. Oh so I peed outside next to the building. I am 5 months pregnant, and any other store was going to make me buy some thing when I already did. Now I am going to write Corporate and tell them about there bathroom policy and see...

This morning I purchased a coffee at McDonald's located at the intersection of Broadway & Madison Ave. While waiting for my order I asked if my wife could use the bathroom. With a laugh, the cashier said I had to spend $5.35 in order to use the restroom. I asked to speak to the manager because I buy at this McDonald's every morning and I know there was no such thing of spending $5.35 to use the restroom. When I spoke to the manager, very rudely she said my wife could not use the restroom unless I spent more money. There was a spanish cleaning lady there and I explained to her what I was told by the other employees and said she would open the door for my wife. When the lady tried to buzz my wife in, she was yelled and threatened by the other employee not to let her use the bathroom. Being embarrassed and upset about this I called Paterson Police to make a complaint. Unit 103 came and took my info and said they would pass it on to their supervisor.
