I called trying to solve an issue that I had with a ticket from here when I paid my citation I asked for a receipt and was told I would have to write a hand written letter send it by mail asking for the receipt including the citation number on the letter. Well here it is 2 1/2 weeks later and I still have not gotten a response I call down to the citation office and a lady named KENDRA told me she not sure if she mailed it but if she got it she mailed it but I can send her another one and she will do it again🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️, This is so unacceptable the type of job that you are working you need to obtain notes, you should keep up with peoples mail, you should keep up with peoples inquiries. In lue of everything going on you have very poor information in regards to how to get things submitted. The sign on the East door is too high for the average person let alone for short person to read that directs you to the west entrance.
