The screens are not working on two of the stalls I pulled into. The app is logged out every time I try to order with it. My car hop was rude, she said her name, and read my order and then I asked "Why are two of the stalls that I pulled into without cones as the screens are not working?" She said she didn't know. I then asked "Do you know why the app is logged out everytime I try to use it?" She cut me off and said "I can have my manager come speak to you." I said "That's fine," and handed her a $10 bill and told her I need my change. She got my change and told her to have a good day, she said "Thank you." And walked away. The button I pressed before she got to me after my order tracker and her name had disappeared from the screen was still highlighted. Hunter came over the speaker after and asked "What can I get started for you?" I told him "I don't need anything I was just waiting for my food." He went to the next speaker without saying anything else. I have not seen the manager, I do not remember the car hop's name. I would have used the drive-thru but I planned on ordering at location on my app, but that was a hassle to get logged in and not worth my time. Food was excellent, order was correct. Read moreStopped to get a footlong and regular coney combo around 7:30 pm.. when we ordered we started out with the girl over the speaker being rude. I always add mustard and a few onions to mine.. When we got home and opened our meal, the mustard was so thick, I had to use a paper towel and wipe it off. The bun was saturated with mustard. I couldn't eat it. This was after a long day on the road, an er visit, and I was in severe pain, then ended my day with this! Honestly, if I hadn't been in so much pain, I would have went back and thrown the coney at them! I went back the next morning and showed the manager the food all over the reciept and told him what had happened. He was very apologetic and refunded me for my coney combo and gave me my drink we had ordered, for free! I understand businesses being short handed but we spent $15 on our food and drinks and for a bunch of punks to do that to us was uncalled for. I'm just thankful the manager took care of it! But when you fail to put baja sauce on the ultimate meat and cheese burrito 3 times in a row after I specifically remind you, and don't even bring napkins to people who are trying to eat in a car, you need new management. You can't just blame the carhops or the cook. You have to train them and follow up. You need to take responsibility or step down from your position. I remember you didn't even scrape the grill after cooking burgers because you were too lazy, even though it's much easier than letting the crud cook on and then fighting with it at the end of the night.
