If I could give it 0 starts i would……. I Ordered online at 7:30pm, someone named “Nico” began the quality check at 7:43pm. My status stayed that way for an HOUR. Still no pizza. I called the store, asked if my pizza was on the way, considering I had ordered it well over an hour ago. The man on the phone had apologized quickly, put me on hold for 5 minutes, came back on the line to say “It’s being delivered now, it should be there in a few minutes. He’ll call when he’s nearby.” And HUNG UP. So I waited another 30 minutes before calling again, and was told that the best he can do for me is give me a refund and not deliver my pizza. I expressed how unacceptable that was, and that I would go pick it up. When I arrived at the store, I was told that my order had been CANCELLED and they could not find my food…… I did receive my refund, but I will NEVER be ordering from this location ever...
Read moreI was pretty upset going to Domino's for lunch I called corporate now waiting for response from the team everybody knows as I was walking out the door and they said gay and they would not help you with my order I already called corporate I didn't get my pizza I was really pissed off they're making fun of me saying that I should be wearing what I had on why has the cover my hair and remission from cancer and that hurt me really bad when they were talking about me right in front of my face I eventually left because they would not help me with my phone app for Domino's. Delivery girl was rude & refused to give me my food because apparently i was marked as cash & it should have been marked as paid with a credit card ( All good mistakes happen we are all human) but when i told her to call the store to clear up the misunderstanding she refused & said that was my job & left with my food which by the way i had waited for close to an hour. I called the store spoke with Manager Nelson whom was really apologetic, professional & took care of me. People if you are not happy doing your job maybe its time to look for a job that does not require customer service. Thank you Nelson for your outstanding customer...
