Subway — Restaurant in Pawtucket

I usually go here without problem. But recently the staff has been sucking. The girl I had today was obviously distracted and seemed very hostile. She made multiple mistakes while making my sandwich that I had to keep correcting (in between her gapping with the other worker). I ordered a veggie patty, only to realize after I left the store that there was no patty on it. I had to go back in, wait in line for about 10 minutes, only for her to tell me that’s not what I had ordered. My boyfriend even said that’s exactly what I ordered. She heated and put the patties on, but then charged me an additional $4.75 after I already paid $4.99 for my sandwich. She kept reassuring me that’s the right price, but I know it’s not, since I get that sandwich all the time and I also had $2 in points. I have 6 years management under my belt, and If I was that worker, I would have took me before any other customer in line, fixed my mistake FOR FREE, and apologized. I got nothing but attitude. honestly I love subway and have ordered in person/online/delivery from this location for a few years now. however, in recent months most of my experiences with this location have been terrible in regards to service.
