Pasquale’s Pizza and Shawarma — Restaurant in Pawtucket

I wish I had a better review to give, got a flyer in my mail box about this place, the food looks great, had some people over my house, we had eaten an early dinner and at 10 ish or 11pm we were all hungry and were looking for a place to order some apps to munch on… I found the flyer for Pasquale’s and called the number to place an order since it says it is open until 2 am and that they deliver… the response I got after asking if I could place an order was: maam, we just want to let you know that we are sold out of some things for tonight… which I was like: okay, what are you out of? (So I could know what to order) to what they responded: we are actually closed and are preparing for tomorrow… I was like 🤷🏻‍♀️…. So I said: your flyer says your open till 2 am so that’s why I called… and to what they just said: yeah…

Very disappointing first experience… yes I know if I really wanted to try this place I could order another day and earlier in the day and not at 10 or 11pm but if you don’t have enough food to sell then why say open till 2 am… just saying… Running out of bread and saying “hey we ran out of bread, so we don’t have subs today” okay cool things happen but to be out of every single thing on your menu… no! Not a...

1st and last time ordering here, I received the menu in the mail and it looked so good boy was i miss lead!!!!!

I order the pizza it very basic, no flavor, way way way too much cheese that I had to recut the pizza and ended up with sauce pizza because all the cheese fell off.... after a few minutes I had a bite of cheese tasted funny .... I had to order dominos because no one would eat this pizza not to mention when I opened the box it was all shifted and pizza was squished to the side of the box...

I also got chicken quesadilla lack of flavor extremely blah, barely any cheese no peppers and onions cant call it a Quesadilla without those things..... it would of probably tasted better with pepper and onions and more cheese maybe add some seasoning.

I was also excited to try Chicken Shawarma meal it was so blah it tasted like card board extremely disappointing, the fries were soggy and tasted old

54.00 worth of food is now in the trash and the fact I gave them more then a 20% tip you think they would of...

I just got to try Pasquales on their opening night in pawtucket, and here are my notes:

First off, their pizza is light, fluffy, and has a good pairing of savory sauce. While their dough is a little moist, the crust comes out crisp and airy.

However, their depth comes out in the schwarma. The pickles have a zest that compliments the chicken very well, without overpowering the flavor of their Tahini sauce. Light on the vegetables, but happy to add anything to compliment your palette! I forgot to ask for a dipping sauce to wet it just a little more.

You can expect service with a smile here. The staff are friendly, outgoing and happy to set up in pawtucket. Overall happy to come here, and will be seeing...
