Called for pick up and asked for only 2 things , girl on the phone was very polite but seemed in a rush said the food would be 20-25 mins and tried to rush me off the phone which i wouldnt usually mind but i asked for the total because i was sending my boyfriend to pick it up and i wanted to pay ahead of time . She said ok but to give her a moment i said ok no rush ..then i was on hold for 15minutes before i hung up because my boyfriend was already there and said he'll just go in to ask for the total,They told him it was 44$ and some change and that they said itll be 15 mins before it was done . It was done in 15 mins but when my boyfriend went to his car wd the food the girl ran out (its pouring raining out too) and said they never charged him , they were busy and he was in a rush and so he forgot it wasnt paid for when he had to wait . No biggy. They both apologized to eachother admitting their own faults but this confusion could've been avoided had they took my payment over the phone in the first place. Now for the food the pizza was really good but we did season it with red pepper flakes, parmasean and oregano at home, crust was perfect, definitely love the coal oven taste whole pizza was gone in minutes. The shepherd pie however 🤧 the meat was so BLAND . I couldnt even season the meat properly to make it taste better because of the 2 inches of mash potatoes on top, gravy was ok . But would love if theyd season their meat . I would be back for the pizza , ill try the bangers and mash or wings next time and maybe try the shepherds pie again if they listen to reviews and improve on the seasoning. Again...
Read moreWhen and if I do a review it’s mainly to inform people of the negative experience I’ve had. Thinking about where to grab some quick food, I remembered someone telling me about the pizza. Well tonight I decided to call in a simple order of steak and cheese spring rolls and lg pizza. Walked in for pickup was welcomed by a beautiful younger woman. “ nice ink btw” Grabbed my food and was on my way, as I’m in my car driving home I get I get slapped in the face with an amazing scent “nope not the joint I’m ripping” but overpowering that was the smell of the spring rolls. I reached over and opened the paper bag and ripped that container quicker than the spread of Covid-19. This is my first time ever having a spring roll never mind a steak and cheese. Gotta say these were the best appetizer type food I’ve ever had, I could not stop eating them to the point I was asked what kind of sauce was in the pizza box when I got home….” The sauce was from the spring rolls, I didn’t want to waste the sauce after I finish that order so I tossed it in the pizza box.”” That’s now being called pizza crust sauce.. how much would a platter cost????

Read moreMy experience was actually terrible and the only reason I gave 3 starts is because I actually love their food. I have never had anything that I didn’t like. However, my friend and I went to this location after attending a wake for our friend. We walked in the door and headed to the bar because it was faster. The bartender didn’t even give a chance to sit down before he said “looks like you two have had enough drinks today, I can’t serve you”. So right off the bat, he assumed we had come to drink. I could understand if we asked for a drink and then he said that, but we didn’t even have out butts in the seat before he went and very rudely assumed. I could also understand if we were falling over as we walked in the door, but that was not the case at all either. We both actually looked at each other shocked cause that was definitely NOT the case. We left, and not because he wouldn’t served us, it was because he assumed and was pretty rude about it too. We went to Chelos down the road, spent $85 (included was the 30% tip I left for the nice, unassuming bartender) ate a nice meal and drank our sodas which we would have ordered at Arigna’s too, given that we didn’t have to deal with an assuming a**hole of a...
