If I could post 0 stars I would. This is absolutely the WORST staffed Wendy's I have ever visited. The customer service at this location is non-existent.
I placed an order at the drive thru (only 1 car in front of me) only to be met with dead air for over 2 minutes. When the employee finally came back to me, I completed the rest of my order. The order summary on the screen was not correct. When I tried bringing this to the employee's attention, I was told to "just pull up the the window".
Now my mistake for being in a rush on my lunch break, but I handed over my debit card before I really heard the total she gave me. It sounded incorrect so I asked for a receipt. She told me "next window". Okay, deep breath move on to the next window.
A Wendy's employee sitting on the curb was smoking so I kept my window rolled up until the employee manning the 2nd window approaches me. I roll my window down only to have my food practically thrown at me. When I ask for a receipt the employee sighed, printed a receipt that threw that at me too.
At this point, I can't get away fast enough. I look at the receipt and see that they charged me for a full sized salad, when I asked for a half. Not the biggest of issues but 100% PREVENTABLE if the first employee had listened to me when I said my order didn't appear correctly.
These women provided ZERO customer service. No "hello", no eye contact, no smile, no conversation, nothing. Yes the food was okay. But the experience was horrendous. I will never visit this location again and advise others to find either a different location or different restaurant as...

Not only were they understaffed, they were all extremely young and unexperienced and that was evident by the chaos that was going on behind the counters. The gentleman that waited on us did not seem too thrilled to be doing his job and when the order was placed he didn't bother to get anything prepared for the order that was taken. I ordered fries with no salt and after waiting about 10 minutes they were finally put into the basket for the fryolator my daughter ordered lemonade the container was just about empty he filled a cup with nothing but pulp and ice when he noticed our look on our face he went in the back room to get more. By the time he got back you picked up a container to fill with fries I asked him if that had no salt he said no thank you for reminding me and proceeded to put the fries in the fryer later when I asked him for a refund for the french fries an the cookie that I ordered the manager was very rude and said why he did nothing wrong threw the keys at him and said go give her her refund. As a manager you should never speak to a customer that way regardless of the situation this is the worst Wendy's ever will never be back thank you for the lovely...
Read moreGood evening. As I approached the Wendy’s in Pawtucket located at 368 Cottage St it was already an awkward moment pulling up to the drive thru. They appeared to be closed at 11:13 even though the hours for this location are until 1AM. The lights of the drive thru was off so there was no visibility of the drive thru lane. The women taking the order was very rude and hostile as she was not taking the order properly. As a paying customer approaching the window the lady began to become more aggressive. She insisted as I was to far from the window, now If she hadn’t try to close your estamblisment earlier than the hours, I would have been able to be in the proper area of the drive thru window. I got out of my car to pay this women and she continued with this ignorance as she tried to close the window and did not want to talk my paying order. ABSOLUTELY unacceptable, I come to support the business and get disrespected.. how so? My order number is #3301 total of $13.35. After I paid being out of my vehicle some of the team members, recognizing 2 women and one of them having bright red hair and one a person of my culture began to give me the middle finger.
