The first time I came to the shop the guy was pleasant and seemed to care about myself as a customer. He fixed my daughter's phone quickly and I had no issues. A month later, her phone fell out of my purse during an event. The screen immediately shattered which was no fault of anyone. So I went back to his shop to get the phone fixed and paid him the $110 price and gave him a $10 tip also. I realized that this time he fixed my phone extremely faster than usual. As soon as I left and got home my daughter was having issues with her speaker. I immediately called him to tell him. My speaker was never repaired. Not even a week and a half later my daughter's phone blacked out while it was in her front top part of her bag where she always kept it and had no problem. When I took it back to Emmanuel he told me it was impacted by force and that's why the back screen (LCD) broke. Even though the front screen had no visible scratches, cracks, damage, dents, etc. The screen was faulty from the start and already was presenting issues from the beginning. I begged this gentleman to fix the faulty screen that they gave me.I didn't want my daughter to go back to school with no phone in the wake of the school shootings in our country. I came back two days and was offered $30 off even after I tipped him the first time. He refused to and gave me the runaround by talking to his "screen guy" and "phone technician". They are his vendors , but I'm supposed to convince them that they gave me a faulty screen. Long story short I was used. My twelve year old daughter had to go to school with no phone for a few days. When I went to return it they took 15% despite their misunderstanding. The phone glitched several times which was why I was returning it Then when I asked for my sim card back they gave it to me. It wasnāt until I tried and have another store place the sim that I was told it wasn't mine. It had the wrong number and by that point was already reassigned SMFH. I was given the wrong sim. The owner and another Nigerian guy are aware because they are who I dealt with. I was told that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they would go to their broad st branch and get me a new sim for the company that I am with. I asked what time I could come in and get it and was told between 1500 and 2000. Knowing theyāve screwed me over and wasted my time several times; I called at 1800 after work before driving over. A new worker named Johnathan answered the phone and knew nothing about a SIM card and saw no notes about my situation. He was pleasant and promised to contact the owner again for me and told me to call again TOMORROW.... I donāt recommend anyone waste their time at this store. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI brought in a working iPad that had a cracked screen and I was looking to have the screen replaced. I was told they would be able to have it fixed and all set 3 days from then. From then on it became the worst customer service Iāve ever encountered. I was going there every 3 days to check on the iPad. I was told many different things, first I was informed that it was being worked on. Then I went in there again and I was informed from the brother that he has no idea why I was being told it was being worked on, as they havenāt even started it, nor created an account or ordered any parts. Upon my next return I was shown the iPad and was informed that it now appeared to be broken and wouldnāt hold a charge and asked when I last knew that it did hold a charge. I stated that I brought it in while it was turned on and fully functioning as my son used it on a daily basis. He asked me āthen why did you bring it here if it worked?ā I reminded him again that the reason I brought the iPad in was to get the screen replaced. This was now 30 days after I initially brought the iPad in. It has been over two months and they have broke the working iPad i brought in, and have offered no solutions. Absolutely do not recommend this place of business and 100% regret ever bringing...
