Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Payson

They can't seem to remember to include the toppings you pay for, and when We requested that they remake the pizza, they said it would be 2 1/2 hours. But they offered to add a free pizza on the number used to call. Please tell me how it's free if they were paid to make a pizza and didn't get it right? We order what we want to eat... All we asked was to be given what we paid for, nothing more-- apparently that was too much. Also, we paid for extra large but got large on all 4 pizzas ordered. Mind you, we buy a lot of pizza. I've ordered from this store 3 times this week. Twice the order was wrong. The last time the guy on the phone wasn't happy about it but he acknowledged that the added ingredients were left off and sent the right pizza about 45 minutes later. He said he was the assistant manager. But even then, they should have rushed it. Thankfully, we have other options, even here in Payson, UT for pizza. Want an always hot and great order?hit upFat Jacks. We often eat there too. They are a little more costly, and you can't order online but in this case, well worth it. If you want cheap, might as well get Little Ceasars. At least with them, they get it right!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service here has been so bad lately that I figured it would be good to warn people away. We’ve actually started order from Spanish Fork and Springville to avoid Payson dominoes. Our last three experiences, in order, are as follows: Picked up pizza and brought it home. Pizza was completely wrong. Parmesan bites were not only wrong, but had mostly already been eaten. Yes, the food was already eaten. Took it all back and when I showed them the mostly eaten cinnamon twists they’d given us instead of our bites, everyone started laughing. I showed them what our order should have been, so they remade it. They got the pizza wrong again. Forgot to put the pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza. Tried curbside pickup. After waiting for almost ten minutes, went in to see what was taking so long and they acted super cagey about our order and said they needed to remake it. Forty-five minutes and three more trips to the counter (they kept forgetting to remake our pizza) later and we finally had our order. Once again, gave us the wrong order. Thankfully, this time they had our order sitting inside, so it was a quick resolution, but still.

They can't get a simple order right I bought their 19.99 deal with 2 meadium 2 topping pizzas, 16 Parmesan bites, cinnamon bread, and a 2 liter of soda. Instead they gave me 2 medium pizzas, 32 Parmesan bites, no cinnamon bread, and made me pay for the soda. When I got I found out that they had rolled the dough super thin! I've found thicker Totinos pizza. I told my co worker about my experience and he said he had the same thing happen to him. He got 2 large pizzas that were rolled so thin there were holes everywhere in the pizza. He called to find out what the hell happend, the person he talked to admitted to the fact that they had rolled the dough super thin because they ran out of large pizza amount of dough, so they used medium instead and rolled it out more. I can't believe the crappy services they have, I am not satisfied with the Payson dominos staff at all they need to do a complete overhaul. I've never seen so incompetent people, how hard is it to make a pizza the right way? I've never had this problem at little Caesars, papa johns, or...
