No, I normally do not ever make reviews on Google but this one I really could not hold back on because I’m severely disappointed in the money that I had wasted. Tuesday night I Wanted to get me and my friend some dinner and the only place that was open for delivery around the time locally was this place so we figured why not. We ordered the steak tip dinner with mashed potatoes and broccoli As well as the chicken fajita bowl. When we both first took a bite of our food, we initially just wanted to spit it out because of how disgusting it was. It was all fatty parts of chicken and more peppers than chicken and rice inside of the bowl. The flavor was not good at all to the point where it is still sitting in the fridge completely untouched. As for the steak tips, they were the smallest pieces of steak I had ever seen. The taste was absolutely trash. I don’t know what they marinated it in, but it tasted rancid. Couldn’t even eat the steak because of how tough they were, and those are still sitting in my fridge as well as the potatoes and broccoli. the potatoes were so bland that I had to put them back in a pot, put seasonings and butter and some milk and finish that process. The broccoli was OK but they should not put oregano on broccoli or whatever seasoning that was because it does not taste good on broccoli in the gravy. I don’t even know what type of gravy that was, but it didn’t taste like gravy it didn’t taste like anything there was no flavor absolutely disappointing and I will not be able to get my $45 back. do not waste your money I wanted to support a small local business but honestly, I should’ve just got McDonald’s cause at least I know that It would still taste good. It wouldn’t have to throw away almost $50 for What I thought would’ve been a nice dinner for my friend and I but just ended up in utter disappointment And disgust. Seems like they close whenever they feel like it!! I was there one night at exactly 8:30 and I walked in and people were sitting down eating, I walked up to the counter and they told me they were closed, I said well people are sitting down eating and the man said well I can't shut the lights off on them and I said no but you can shut your open sign off, plus the sign said they closed at 9 pm, I walked through the door as I said at 8:30 pm. This is the 2nd time this has happened!! If they don't want to be there then either close the place up or make your hours Accordingly!!!! The owner replied to me saying that I walked in at 10:30pm. How could that be, you can see right through your lie!!! If I walked in at 10:30pm then why didn't you speak of the people that were still in there eating that I was speaking of at 8:30pm? I would hope your doors would be locked and nobody would be eating in your restaurant at 10:30pm. Since your sign says you close at 9pm, but I was speaking and telling the truth that I was there at 8:30pm and once I walked in you said you were closed and people were sitting there eating!!!!! Next time you lie about me walking in at 10:30pm and wanting to order something, I'll post my time card so it shows proof that I wasn't walking in your restaurant at 10:30pm. I was working!!!! Again if you are going to lie have proof or just say we were not busy so we closed early, Why lie about something so stupid, But don't use me to lie!! Like I said you close early a lot, put a sign up, if we're not busy subject to close early, don't lie about something so moronic, besides I'm sure I'm not the only one that has gone there and you have said you're closed at 8:30...

the absolute WORST costumer service and food handling business i have ever come in contact with. the manager attempted to REDELIVER food that was in my home for over an hour WITH MY NAME ON IT. the manager not only lied about the situation, but verbally harassed my family and i because of a mistake made on their end. after talking to others, i quickly learned my situation is NOT unique. embarrassed to know that i gave such a terrible business lots of my money.

RESPONSE TO OWNER :

YOUR PEOPLE delivered it to my home WITH MY NAME AND ADDRESS ON IT. any person would accept a delivery WHEN IT HAS THE CORRECT NAME AND ADDRESS ON IT.

my family accepted the delivery BECAUSE IT HAS MY NAME AND ADDRESS ON IT.

WE did nothing wrong - it was YOUR POOR service for NOT confirming the correct name and address of the customer ordering! which lead to your delivery driver bringing it to the address displayed on the receipt - YOU DID NOT DO YOUR JOB AND CONFIRM WITH THE CUSTOMER ORDERING.

THEN YOU WANTED TO DELIVER THE PIZZA TO THE CORRECT PEOPLE AFTER THE FOOD BEING IN MY HOME FOR OVER AN HOUR - that is a violation of a health code!!

it was YOU who did wrong by how you’re choosing to handle it - you are rude, disrespectful, and a POOR example...
