This is my boyfriend and I’s new favorite restaurant! We love hotpot and always make the trek to Boston to get it, but when we saw that this place was on the North Shore, we had to try it. And we think it is BETTER than all of our favorite hotpot restaurants in Chinatown! The meat selections are so delicious (the garlic marinated beef is especially divine), the broth choices are so flavorful, I love “choosing my own destiny” at the sauce bar, and the service is outstanding. Emma served us our first time dining in, and she was so fantastic, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience, gave good recommendations, and was so helpful to other diners who may have been a little less familiar with the hotpot experience. Literally 24 hours after our first meal, we went back again with our friend who was visiting! Absolutely love this place and look forward to coming back many times. Also, I love the decor inside!!

Went to Pots a little over a week ago with my badass home cooking wife and our budding foodie 10-year-old. What a great time! The atmosphere is incredible from the speakeasy entrance through the tea shop (by the way, they have an amazing selection of tea) all the way to the food truck fabricated kitchen window. Service was excellent, I wish I could remember the kid who walked us through our first hot pot experience. He was highly knowledgeable of the menu and accommodating without hovering. The food was excellent. We got half mushroom broth and half spicy broth and we got the meal for 2 to 4 people. Beef, pork, shrimp, chicken, veggies, bok choy, clams, and we got a few extra dumplings. It was a wonderful experience we left full, happy and entertained. I recommend this for a night out experience. Really like having something like this nearby without having to go into Boston. Keep up the great work, Pots!

My first time trying a hot pot restaurant. The entrance to the dining room was surprising! Pots’s dining room is very cleverly decorated to resemble eating outside by a food truck. We ordered the largest dinner with every type of protein imaginable, and 2 broths. It was an impressive amount of food. But this wasn’t my favorite style of dining. The raw meats & seafood on the table was not appetizing for me. While the broth is really hot and there is a recommended time for each kind of item to cook, I did think many times about cross-contamination and “what if this isn’t fully cooked?” Clams fell out of their shell while cooking and got lost on the bottom of the broth. Overall, this was fun time doing something out of the ordinary. I probably won’t go back.

Definitely a 1 ⭐️ VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! Been looking so forward to going to your restaurant since I heard there was a Hot Pot restaurant in Peabody. Sadly I’ve tried 2 times to dine with you on 2 different days. This last time you state on your website that you open at 4:00 on Thursday 7/10. We arrive at 4:10, to fine by your sign on the door saying that you open at 5:00 on Thursdays. We think we’ll grab a drink and come back. We come back again and your doors are locked. Again very disappointed in your lack of customer service. Why don’t let customers in on your secret hours ? Since we’ve tried 2 different times to visit you I don’t think you warrant a 3rd try no matter how much I love a good hot pot. It would be nice to hear an excuse or any response from you but I feel I should post and write a “review” of the lack of...
