Dunkin' — Restaurant in Peachtree City

Corporate needs to check on their business. The manager here sucks. Worst customer service ever. I only had two encounters with her and both was terrible.The first time was on a Monday. I ordered a medium iced coffee and a cup of ice water. On Monday you get a free coffee with any purchase. I come to this location all the time so my total on Mondays usually be $.25 and at other locations as well. I let her scan the code .She says the price is not coming off. Are you trying to get the free coffee. It’s giving you your points but it not coming off. ( the moment I knew she was lying) 😈You have to make a purchase and I said I did make a purchase. She said you have you buy more than water. Of course I didn’t believe her because I do this all the time it’s just with her. My second encounter was today I ordered a iced coffee and a vanilla frosted.I get around to the window and she’s there and she hands me a small hot beverage, and I just shake my head that I didn’t order that. She yells I didn’t take your order. I’m like OK well you don’t have to have an attitude. Her yelling what did you order? I visited this place on last week on Nov 28, 2022 and it was horrible the employees took their time as if they had hand picked each ingredient. So as I waited I watched because I couldn’t figure out what was taking so long. The lady with my cup walked around and around not sure what she was doing then she sat my cup under the latte machine and the other lady began spraying some type of disinfectant and wiping down. I hit the horn 2x’s to get their attention but they never came to the window. So she finally come to the window and I tell her I don’t want the drink because it took too long and also the lady was spraying disinfectant spray near my cup in I was unsure if the spray somehow got in the cup due to the mist. I then asked for a refund and the lady say their is no manager on duty to issue refund and that they aren’t sure how to issue a refund. I will never come to this place again I will file a dispute with my bank for $4.80 due to the their lack of knowledge and responsibility. If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I ordered several items, doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, etc. The employees decided to only make half of our order. After 20 minutes and after asking twice what the status was, they gave us 2 ice cold sandwiches. There was barely even an attempt to heat them after taking the ingredients out of the cooler. The pre-made eggs had a very strong cleaning chemical smell and taste, we immediately became nauseous after a bite or two. When I brought this issue to the employees the only response we got was "that's weird". The dining room was filthy and every single table was covered in leftover food. This location should be shut down and thoroughly inspected by the health department. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location and will not be purchasing anything from Dunkin in the future.
