Arby's — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

It is normally a very nice place. It's only 3 minutes away from my job. I go there pretty much every day for lunch time. I've had one other issue where I ordered loaded fries without bacon because I do not eat pork and there was pork on my fry that I did not see until I got to the office because at that day I was rushing. Today I got the regular thing that I started to get which is a chicken slider sandwich and small fry. My chicken slider sandwich I did not open up until I got to the office to my desk. When I looked at my sandwich I happened to notice not only that it was very much so dried out but also that there was dirt on my chicken sandwich. The corners normally stick out because the chicken slider is normally a chicken tender. This is one of the reasons why I was able to see that there was dirt on it. It actually looks as if the sandwich or the chicken tender was dropped on the floor and picked up and used. Not only that again it was dried out which means that it was either very old or it was overcooked and it did not look overcooked so more than likely it was old. I did call in to speak to the manager Sharon. She denies that anything like that could ever happen at the restaurant. However, she did offer to comp me my mail. Not sure whats been going on at this location recently but its been awful. Whoever the white woman with blonde hair in drive thru at 6 pm on 9/5 was need some SERIOUS coaching. I ran restaurants and worked in them for years, during covid mind you, so I know what to look for- she kept asking "anything else??" in a harsh tone several times even when I EXPLICITLY SAID I needed a moment, she didnt greet me at the window, handed me my shake and rolled her eyes as she walked away, practically threw my bag at me (while LOOKING AT HER PHONE BETWEEN PACKING FOOD- she literally was staring at her phone as she walked the bag over to me), and just left a sour taste in my mouth. The car behind me also just drove off after hearing my conversation and being greeted by her. Whoever is running this store needs to either fire her or give her some serious coaching because although I come here sometimes, I dont see myself coking back at all to give my money to people who dont...

Management please be aware: I went to the PTC Arby's at 9 PM on a Monday. I wanted to dine in and eat in the restaurant. I went to the door and it was locked. The hours on the door stated the resturant closes at 10 PM. There were employees inside and the one told us the dining room was closed. I went through the drive thru and ordered my food. I asked if there was a manager, the employee said right there and pointed to an employee and he did not look at me or ask how he could help. The employees were rude and unprofessional. Management, please educate the employees on customer service etiquette and inform staff of operating hours.
