Terrible Experience: Abusive Manager Creating a Toxic Environment
I visited this Taco Bell location last night to pick up an order. The service was unacceptable, and the atmosphere was toxic, due entirely to the female manager (African American, New York accent) who was on duty. First, service was extremely slow and disorganized. I initially went to the drive-thru but was asked for a code I didn't have. I then parked and went inside. While waiting, I observed three cars in the drive-thru line receive their orders before mine—a situation that made no sense. When I inquired about my order with the woman at the drive-thru window, she stated she couldn't see it. The most shocking part of the visit was the manager's behavior. She was cursing loudly and repeatedly, using the 'B' and 'F' words while screaming at employees and seemingly customers from the food prep area. This created a highly disgusting and uncomfortable environment. Several people witnessed this abusive behavior, including minor teenagers in the dining area, an African American couple, and another young woman who entered the restaurant. All of us were visibly uncomfortable and distressed by the continuous screaming.
This manager's conduct is creating a disgusting and toxic environment. This is clearly not a one-off issue, as I have witnessed numerous instances of unprofessional and abusive behavior from the same individual. Taco Bell corporate and the owners of this franchise must investigate this serious issue immediately and remove this manager.
I am a paying customer who will not return to this location as long as this manager is employed here. Her behavior is a liability to the brand and is guaranteed to lead to more serious issues if not addressed.

Read moreLet me start by saying I love Taco Bell. Unfortunately, I live near this location. Every other time I visit this location they get the order incorrect or it takes them 20 minutes for an order for 1 person. The last time I went I ordered via the app. The app notified me to go to the drive thru. The gentleman at the window told me to pull around to the front and it will be 5 minutes. It had already been 10 minutes since I placed the order. I wait in the front as he said for 15 additional minutes. Finally I get tired and go into the store. Keep in mind this completely defeats the purpose of ordering in the app and going to the drive through. Once I tell them I have been waiting on my order for 20+ minutes they ask for the name. They then notify me that they gave my order to someone else. I ask them how is that possible if you saw me at the drive through and saw what car I was driving. They didn't have a good answer. Once they realized their mistake it took them 5 minutes to get me my order. Doesn't that alone tell you they have the capacity to be efficient in serving food to customers? It was amazing to see how little the employees cared about getting customers their orders. As I look around the kitchen area, there were 6 workers but only 3 of them were actually working. As I am leaving I ask for some sauce and their response was "We ran out". It was 6:30pm. Even though Taco Bell is my favorite fast food spot, I will not return to this location. I may give them another try in 6-12 months with the hopes of someone from corporate stepping in and straightening...
Read moreThis was the first time I've been to Taco Bell in a while. I can up at 1am and received quick service at the drive thru. I placed my order, got my food and raced home to eat it hot. When I arrived home I noticed there was no sauce in my bag. The window attendant had not asked me what sauce I wanted so I forgot to ask for it at all. I raced back to the location for sauce, knowing my tacos were going to be a soggy mess by the time I got home. Not how I wanted my only Taco Bell experience in years to go. The window attendant promptly handed me a handful of sauce packets. I asked if I could have 1 extra classic taco that I could enjoy, thinking about the soggy tacos shells waiting for me at home. Jaylen happily accomodated me, sympathizing with my situation. he asked for my receipt, went to the back and reappeared with 2 fresh Doritos locos tacos, just like I had ordered even though I had only asked for a 1 regular taco to help me enjoy my experience. Jaylen was very nice and accommodating. I drove home a happy customer knowing that I can enjoy my meal as it was intended. I will be returning to this location as the food was delicious and hot. I might even make taco bell a more regular dinner option after this...
