New Dragon — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

New Dragon has only been open for about a month so my friends who live in the area hadn't tried it before this visit. The restaurant mostly does takeout and delivery but they do have a small dining room. Since most of their business is takeout all of the drinks are in individual cans or bottles. Between the five of us we ordered a large variety of menu items: vegetable fried rice, crab rangoon, sweet and spicy chicken, hot and sour soup, curry chicken, crispy orange beef, Hunan chicken, and egg rolls. I sampled a few different things. The vegetable fried rice was perfect. All of the veggies were perfectly cooked and crisp. The crab rangoon was fresh and delicious but more onion-ey than others I have had. Everything was made to order, all of the vegetables were super fresh and the meats were tender. I am not sure of her name but the hostess at New Dragon without fail - rain, sun, grey clouds, rainbows, tornado- she is always there (girl take a break you deserve it!) but, what I am beyond impressed with his her positive spirit (idk she might be Christian!) but even if she is not - she is always super welcoming, super caring, super accommodating, patient, nice, always has a smile on her pretty face and - I mean she is like this EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Great food! I usually rate a Chinese restaurant based on its Hot & Sour soup. Their Hot & Sour soup is perfect, it's not just dark egg-drop soup, it has the regular mushrooms, the tofu, the bamboo shoots, and the other chinese mushrooms. Their dinner portions are large and always fill the containers to the top. Their lunch containers are perfectly sized for a quick lunch and includes the rice in the same container.
