Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pearl

Did an online pickup (drive-thru) in the Taco Bell app Friday December 27, 2024. I had a classic box and two (5 piece) chicken nugget deluxe meals. Everything came out to $31.04. Went through the drive through and they told me at the window saying they didn’t have any sodas and offered sweet-tea instead. I told them that it was fine for the sweet-tea. Then told me they were out of chicken nuggets completely. I told them to just cancel my order and asked for a refund. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund because the Taco Bell app is a 3rd party app. So I asked them could they show me how in the app cause I have never had a problem like this. They told me no because they don’t know to refund on the app either. I decided to come back to Taco Bell Sunday December 29, 2024 to ask them again just in case someone else maybe knew how to get my refund from the order I never was able to pick up from them. They told they didn’t have chicken on that day per the manager because the manger was the one that supposedly picked up the chicken themselves that morning.(so I was lied to somewhere) They again told me they didn’t know how to refund and I asked for corporates office number or someone to ask for help, they told me they don’t have no ones number to give me..so I left and is now writing...

I love Taco Bell. It has my personal comfort foods. The employees are very friendly, most of the time, (I believe everyone is entitled to one bad day at work). Be realistic, is every day at your job happy, well and kind? Mine wasn't and I was a nurse. Back to my review. I use to take my children with me there when they were very young. Sometimes I would stop and get them Happy Meals and they were happy to go in taco Bell and eat their food and let me eat my burrito supreme and a pizza they make. They were happy and so was I. It is fairly inexpensive. A large family can eat and everyone get what they want for a very reasonable price. They have a$5.00 box that comes with a hard or soft shell taco, a Dorito taco with a chalupa wrap on the outside fixed like a taco, they also have a 5 layer burrito, a cinnamon and sugar twist and a soft drink with free refills. That is what I call a reasonably priced meal. Yes you will get full on it. The only thing I have to complain about is that the chairs are welded on to the tables and if you are a little big it hurts to sit in them. Try Taco Bell you...

I ordered the Crunchwrap Supreme came with hardly any meat I opened it up and only half of the thing had meat and it was like 1 mm thick of meet when you look at the picture it looks like it's at least half inch full of meat. I had called and spoke to the manager and he took my name down so I can come in and get a replacement meal.

I called tonight actually spoke to that guy he gave me to the female manager on duty and I told her the story and she said my name was not anywhere to be found and I said well male manager did it and she's like well the guy you spoke to was the only m male manager and he says he never spoke to me. Then during ensuing conversation she says that the male manager then stated I had told him a female manager took my name down. So not only did now lie twice but he's accusing me of being a liar! She tells me to call tomorrow to speak to general manager. I'll never go there again. They lost me as a customer of 23 years! I'll go to the next town over and get...
