If I can give a zero I would. I ordered online pizza for my 11 year old's birthday party on April 20th. I was actually order number 1 as I was preparing early for that day. Then I went to the store number 8067 at about 12:20pm to pay for my order which was to be picked up at 5:15pm. My parents went to pick up the order at the scheduled time as I was at the bday party with many guests that were invited. At about 5:15pm I received a call from the manger of the Dominos store and told me that Dominos had given the wrong order of pizza to my parents and they need to go back and exchange. I was a little upset at the mistake. However, I tried to call my parents back but somehow the phone was not working and I couldn't get hold of them. In meantime I had a bday party going on with guests that were getting hungry. I called back the Dominos store and explained that my parents are not answering the phone and asked if Dominos can deliver the pizza for my order since it was their mistake. The manager at Dominos flat out told me that I didn't pay for delivery so if I wanted delivery I would need to pay more. I was very upset and frustrated at that point. Not only Dominos made a mistake by giving the wrong pizza, they also wanted me to pay for delivery so they can provide me the pizza that I had ordered and paid for? NO, I refuse to pay Dominos more money when they messed up my order in the first place. That left me with no choice, but to leave the bday party and drive to the Dominos store. When I walked at the store, I asked for the pizza and also asked for a refund due to all frustration and driving back and forth that was caused by Dominos. The Dominos store manager very rudely told me that she had thrown the pizza way. I am pretty sure she was lying but she continued says that the ordered was canceled, thrown away and she had canceled the order. I was very upset and told her that she is ruining an 11 year old's bday party but she didn't care and threaten to call the police. I told here I was going to get my phone from my car and record her rudeness and the way she was talking to me. I left the store to get my phone and she had locked the store's door on me. I still took a picture of her for everyone to see who she was and how rude she was. I left Dominos very upset and I still needed some pizza for the bday party. I immediately went to Little Caesar's pizza and the guy at the store saw how upset and concerned I was and told me he will take care of the pizza. I left the store 15 minutes later with 3 cheese pizza that he made quickly which he didn't even charge me for it. Thank God for this guy at Little Caesars that was so understanding and helped with the pizza. Needless to say, I will never go back to Dominos pizza due to the terrible bad attitude, and the lack of any customer service. That manager should be fired and not...
Read moreSo I just received the worse customer service that I’ve ever experienced in life at Dominos on Shadow Creek Parkway. I placed a delivery order at 5:44pm. When I placed the order it said that it will be delivered in 45-55 minutes. Around 7:10 I called the store because I still hadn’t received my order. First, I spoke to a young man, who was very polite, and he told me that the driver had 7 other deliveries before me so it would still be a while. I asked to speak to a manager and that’s when Rachel, the General Manager, got on the phone. I asked if there was any way my order could be delivered faster and/or if I could be compensated for my inconvenience. Please keep in mind that I have 4 hungry kids who are waiting for the pizza I promised them...and I too, am a hungry 7 month pregnant woman. But anyway, Rachel initially told me there was nothing she could do. After respectfully challenging that stance, she said that she could give me some money back but she needed my card info. I said “okay, let me know when you’re ready.” She proceed to tell me to “hurry up” because she was “very busy” and basically that I was wasting her time. I gave her my number quickly, and she proceeded to try to scold me like I was a child because I said the numbers too fast. I told her that I didn’t appreciate her treating me like a child then she HUNG UP me. I drove to the store and asked to speak to Rachel. She was standing at the front of the store so she heard me ask for her. She “acknowledged” me by reciting my address. I told her my name and asked if we could speak. She literally ignored me. Didn’t say a word or come in my direction at all. I was never disrespectful, I didn’t raise my voice, nor was I confrontational. I took out my phone to record what was happenings. She told me to put my phone away, I told her no. I asked to speak with her again politely. She ignored me then went back into the office never to emerge again. I waited there for about 20 minutes and she NEVER addressed me. I had to speak to one of the employees to ask her to go get Rachel. The young lady came back and said, “she said she refunded your money”. Now I’m skeptical because on the phone she said she couldn’t give me a refund without my card info, but now she’s saying she did it...no card info given at all. There was some more back and forth with this young lady unjustly being put in the position as the go-between. Disgusted and disappointed is an understatement. I have never been treated so rudely, especially by someone in a leadership position. She had at least 3 other teenagers/young adults working there and she set a horrific example of what a leader...
Read moreHad a coupon for 2 large pizzas cheesy breadsticks 8 piece wings and a liter of soda My order was delivered except for the soda I called dominos and advised the driver didn’t bring my soda customer service rep I apologized and said the manager will bring it to you I’m home waiting on my soda believing that commercial dominos advertises that if they forget an item they’ll bring it you well not the case I order the pizzas at 5 ish I called back at 7 Asking where’s my soda the customer rep stated the drivers on his way it’s now 8:10 where’s my soda I called at 8:00 expressed my dissatisfaction I even suggested that you just state your not bringing my soda the customer rep stated would you like to speak to the supervisor and I kindly reply yes well I’m still holding for the supervisor it’s 8:11 no soda and it appears their just going to keep me on hold Moral of the story Dominos your franchises aren’t advertising that whole ideal that if they leave an item off your order they’ll bring it to you As your commercial suggest they do My order was 36.00 dollars and I tipped the driver and I really wanted my soda with my pizza So annoying it is now 8:15 and the supervisor still hasn’t gotten on the phone I’m still holding and they just hung up at 8:16 I guess they didn’t expect me to hold on for 15 min I guess I might as well let this one go I’m not getting my soda but it has left a bad taste in my mouth so much that I decided to share my experience
So I called back couldn’t let it go finally talked the manager explained what happened and she stated she could have a driver bring my soda when there is a delivery in my area and right now they don’t have any deliveries in my area and that the driver that left item is the one that should’ve brought the soda back and my question is why didn’t he no answer then she proceeded to tell me they could give me a credit on my next order which means I would have to patronize this particular dominos Which I don’t want to do I just don’t understand why the manager just doesn’t send a driver to bring my soda rather or not there in my area isn’t my concern bad way to handle such a simple request my only choices are to wait until a driver has a delivery in my area or get a credit but I have to spend my money with them never again will I buy pizza...
