If I could do no stars I would without a doubt. Yesterday night I had the worst experience that I have ever had at any restaurant. Professionalism and customer service are far from this location. Not only did the lady taking my order get it wrong but then I get accused of ordering the wrong thing and cursed at. After the drive thru door being slammed in my face, I then asked to speak to a manager because there is no way I was giving my money to these people. I was then informed that the woman who cursed at me was in fact the manager. I wish I could say that this was the end of my shock, but then I had to wait patiently for my refund as she talked with a coworker about me and the fact that I ordered wrong and acused her of cursing when " If I was cursing at you, you would know it because I would be going off on you." Remember this is still the so called manager speaking. I'll spare you the rest of the details, but as i was driving away with my refund in hand she made a point to yell out the window "Now I am cursing at you B**". I wish I would have gotten her name, but she kept my receipt and when I asked for it she slammed the drive thru window once again.
I am not exactly sure how she landed the manager position or a position in general. But this I am sure of, she needs to be as far away from the service industry as possible. This is the second time that we pull up at this Jack in The box at 6:00 a.m. in the mornin And don't get no service. The first time they tell us they don't have any food ready. If you open at 6:00 a.m. you should have food ready cuz people are going to pull up when you open It's common sense. Then the second time we pulled up workers looked at us through the window. Don't come ask us what we needed, what time they were going to open and it was 2 minutes till 6:00 so we waited till after 6 and still did not get served. Poor customer service. As an employee I have been trained that when you run a business if somebody pulls up you wait on them and try to make there morning experience at your place of business the best you can. Your hours say open you should be ready to rock and roll not tell your customers that you don't have nothing ready. This is happened to us at this location and the location of beltway and Cullen. Read moreWaste of time. Horrible service as expected when heading towards this side of pearland. I went to this jack in the box at 9 50 pm last night to order food from drove thru. I stopped and waited for someone to respond and ask for my order but after 5 minutes of waiting I pulled up to see if someone was there and Yes, there was a worker. I tried getting his attention by honking my horn 5 times and physically knocking ON the drive thru window but he purposely ignored me and walked outside toward his car, where he later acknowledged me, but proceeded to start his car and drive off. Not only this, but another car was parked there and I know it was an employee because the store was left empty of customers, and after being ignored for 10 more minutes, decided to drive off to another location. 15 minutes later we drive by and see that the car had left so I'm assuming there was a worker hiding in order to avoid having to take my order.
