Shopped here a total of 8-9 times from 03/15 - 04/01/2025, 4 of those times I've had a James Brown coffee, the other times I had the paperboy and couple of others that were "top rated"
Waygood is NO Good, every time I have ordered my coffee through the online portal 0 times has it been ready by the time I walk over to their establishment.
ON the ONLINE portal it reflects that my coffee is ready and when I get there the staff rushes to get this done ASAP. Mind you from the time that I ordered my coffee to the time I walked over to the establishment, I have waited 15 - 20 minutes before walking over (because I know they are slow). Every time it has not been ready. Let's add that if you order the same coffee with no customizations, it is never consistent in taste or quality.
Today I was particularly upset because they, did not mind accepting my order online and when I walked over the building was closed with no signage, no reason, the place is fully staffed with 3-4 female workers in the back. Me and another customer looked at each other like ?....
That customer walks to the drive thru while almost getting ran over by a black SUV. (Don't believe me look at your camera from 04/01/2025, 10:32am) From there once the SUV was done ordering he was able to get his order. I followed up right after him and the staff looked at me lost like I was there asking for something they don't sell. She had a confused look on her face.
SO my question is why was the establishment closed down and not able to walk in, the place fully staffed again I'll repeat with 4 people in the back? Why is my coffee never ready after I give you 15 - 20 minutes+ my walking time from my office, why is the coffee never consistent in flavor?
I got back to my office and my colleagues asked OH what did you get from where? I let them know to save their money and their time, the place was closed due to incompetent staff.
Let them know to visit Dutch Bros instead. Drinks are way better at any of their locations.
To the sorry "owner" do not respond with you BS script deflecting your establishments sorry standards.

Read moreThis was my first time here. There were pros and cons but 100% more pros! I would highly recommend them. The staff was vibrant, kind and the atmosphere was fantastic. I tried to order some breakfast items and my biggest gripe is when I asked what was in one of their listed food items “The Mexicana” the young lady didn’t know. It’s highly advised that any establishment can tell a customer what it is they may be consuming when confronted with that question for legal purposes and consumer safety. I’m pregnant so it’s a nonnegotiable that I know what I’m eating. The young lady helping me was great, that’s not her fault that the information isn’t provided, just a note to management to make that information available. The food is from local vendors and it was tasty. My tortilla on my burrito was slightly soggy but it’s from a local vendor so I assume it’s premade and just sitting under heat lamps. Still tasty flavor, I came in the afternoon, with this in mind I would come earlier to get fresh food because I highly support them using local shops! That is in fact WayGood in my opinion. My WayGood latte was fantastic!
At the window no one greets you until they have your food readily available. Which could be a pro or a con depending on your personal preference. It can feel a little odd to sit without acknowledgment but I actually really loved the speed of service once she did come to the window to take my tender and give me my items. Overall would definitely recommend and be back! I want so desperately to give 5 stars because the food is good and they are very kind people but not knowing ingredients in any food service is a no no. Fix that small thing and 5 stars all the way!...
Read moreMy best friend and I come here about 2-3 times a week, basically whenever we get to hang out. This is DEFINITELY our go to spot, everyone thag has taken care of us is very sweet. But one person in particular goes ABOVE AND BEYOND and his name is AJ!! He knows our order as soon as he hears it and instantly lets his co-workers know that he has us! He always treats us like we are friends and always makes our drinks to PERFECTION! I must admit, mine is a bit more complicated than most and he never once has complained about making it, he is the only person that makes it right every single time! He also knows the food that we prefer and the days that we usually stop by, so he goes out of his way to make sure that he at least tries to put our favorite baked goods aside so that we leave happy every time! Even when they are out of them, he recommends other items for us to try and we have never been disappointed! Basically AJ IS JUST THE BEST! I just so happens to work in the food service industry as well and know how hard it can be and let me just tell you, he is one of a kind!!! To me and my best friend, he is more than our "barista", we look at him as a friend! He puts a smile on our faces every time we see him!! And if you ask us, he NEEDS A RAISE FOR SURE!!!
