Worst location and customer service and horrible management and literally destroying the chain brand name Domino's
What blows my mind is I started calling this location slightly after 11 o'clock then called them again around 12:30pm. I had 6 unanswered phone calls in that hour.
I tried multiple times throughout the day until I fell asleep and finally reached them and they answered the phone at 7:43 p.m.
During this call I ask to speak with the manager my families involved restaurant industry quite a bit at 1 point in time my dad even owned part of Golden Corral. I came up in the restaurant industry and I can respect how busy you can get but I cannot respect this level of customer service as it is literally disgusting like finding mold in your cheese
I spoke with the manager and explain that I had called 16 times throughout the day without a response. He said im sorry and i said that does not change the fact i am feeding 200 people next week and i now cannot hire them
He asked what could he do I said I don't want anything for free. I simply would like to have my dinner delivered if I can please eat what would have been lunch s i could not leave that day, as my dog was sick. If I could just get my food, and the manager said look we've been backed up with deliveries but we're starting to show some clearing up of things. I can probly get its you and 35 or 40 minutes, so in my mind I was OK with waiting up to an hour however when I waited an hour and a 1/2 and called and spoke to a manager who acted as if he did not have a clue that my order existed let alone that I had ever called. I had basically been waiting for no reason as the previous manager was jerking me around. Letting me sit there for no reason waiting for food starving when I should have just called anyone else like pappas or the hut. Shoot, digiorno even. #diy
He said the other manager probly just told me what I wanted to hear and he will try and get something out to me in the next little while when a pizza guy showed 2 hours later. I assumed he had my food, .
......no he was delivering to one of the lodge suites next to mine & didn't have a clue there was an order for my room.
At 11:30 p.m. (approximately)I get a knock on the door and they are delivering an order that I placed at 7:43 p.m.
I lost my attitude & told him to kick rocks. I waited 20 minutes and tried calling from a different number in order to place a carry out order & I would have gladly gone and picked it up but go figure, that they didn't answer the phone and it was a different number. (Meaning I don't care how busy you think you are when you can have 18 missed phone calls you're doing something wrong.)
I thought customers actually mattered to #Dominos, I had no idea that I would never be able to order from this brand again. Check my records, I have ordered from dominoes 3 to 5 times a month and I typically order 3 to 7 items & even bonus my sales team lunch from #Dominoes but after this experience i just became a #PizzaHut, Pappa Johns, Little Ceaser anyone but this joke of a brand because as a "brand" -
..how do you have a location where 3 if not 4 out of the negative reviews are about customer service and quality of ingredients. How are you not going to look into this and better police your own kitchens whether they're franchised or not. I bet #McDonald's pays more attention and I don't even care for those guys all that much(i ate way to much of it, i used to love it-still the best fries). We really like your food, I enjoy the salads to the sandwiches especially the wings, the #pizza, we order a lot from you check Town East near Dallas, going back to where my nickname was #Batman all the way up into where the account became under my wife

Read moreOrdered a pizza through the app and had it delivered to one of their advertised hot spots since my house can be extremely difficult to find even with a GPS. I arrived at the hot spot before the estimated arrival time of the driver and waited. The delivery driver called and said she was having trouble figuring out where this hot spot of theirs was. Having grown up in the town, I gave her directions on how to get there and told her to call me if she has any trouble at all. 20 minutes goes by and no driver, no pizza. I tried calling her back. No answer. I then contacted the store and requested to speak to a manager. When the manager got on, I explained the situation to her. She put me on hold to contact the driver and then told me the driver would be calling me shortly so we can either figure out where she’s at to meet her there or attempt to guide her to where I and this hotspot was at again. Ten minutes later she finally calls me. I had to meet her at Pilot to get the pizza. The manager was helpful and the delivery girl was nice, but 30 minutes from the time she first called me to tell me she was lost to the time she finally called back to tell me I needed to meet her was a bit much. This is only the 2nd time I’ve tried to eat Dominos since they’ve opened and each time it’s been a train wreck. The first time I did a carry out order too. Oh and in case you guys didn’t figure it out throughout this long and detailed story, the pizza was ice cold whenever I finally got it. I’m willing to give this place another chance, but to anyone reading this, beware...
Read moreHow is it that this Domino's can't deliver less than two miles away from a hotel?! I was stuck without transportation and couldn't get delivery from a company that got its start FROM DELIVERING PIZZA!!!!! I had to get my coworker, who was staying at different hotel to come pick me up so I could go get my pizza, which I ordered online. I got there just as the pizza came out of the oven and it was still hot when I got back to my hotel room, but it was tasteless and the toppings slid off on my first bite. Come on, guys, you can do a lot better than that. Maybe hiring people over the age of 16 might help. Also, asking for a tip for handing over a pizza across a countertop is ridiculous, especially when I'm essentially delivering my own pizza! I could've got Door Dash to deliver, but there's no way I'm going to pay $30 for a $14 pizza. I don't get you lazy people who are willing to pay 30% more for an item that you could just go get yourself. I haven't had Dominos pizza in years. I never really cared for their sauce, and after this experience, I'll probably never order from Dominos again, no matter where the location is. I don't recommend this location or any other locations. You can get better pizza from Pizza Hut, but...
