I had ordered an online order totalling $80.00. When I came to the counter, at the correct time, an older woman addressed me sharply and said "are you dining in, can I take your ordered "? I told her I had an internet order. She said abruptly " you have to go to that counter over there!" I was taken back by her demeanor and she made me angry. She repeated " you need to go to that counter over there "!. I said " you could be a little nicer about it ". She said something under her breath about being nice. When I waited at the counter, albeit, it was 12:00 lunch time..but no employee came to affirm what I was waiting for, or address me as a customer. The older woman who first addressed me, never seemed to tell the others I was there! Finally, one of the Kady workers asked me about what I needed and I told her I had an $80. 00 order. Then things happened and it was brought to the counter. Problem was with me...no employee ever said "there you are, that completes the order, or have a nice day or go to haidees!! I always get the Cajun biscuit combo but with fries not the potato rounds(which I don't like). This morning as with tradition we went to Bojangles at 8:30am, ordered my usual only to be told I can't get fries, because they don't serve fries in the morning..... since when? I was able to get fries for breakfast with my combo last weekend. I was very flustered by this and because they would not take the 2.5 mins it takes to make fries that they will have to make for lunch 2hrs from the time I ordered....I will not be back. Read moreLet me begin by saying. I really want to give this 0 stars but the only problem was customer service, or maybe I should say with the elderly lady, we will call her J. I thought awwww how sweet an older woman still working, love it, and I bet she is just the sweetest ol’ soul. I changed my mind after interacting with her. She was rude, snappy, and all around disrespectful to a paying customer. I guarantee you, if I come in here again and she is taking orders, I will turn around and walk out. What’s even crazier about this, she was so friendly and helpful to everyone else who came in. Maybe cause they were all elderly and I was the only young…. Okay younger person on the restaurant.
