Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Pell City

Don't get me wrong, I love Papa John's pizza,but the lack of customer service skills from the Manager of all people is seriously lacking!!!! I ordered a carryout and when I arrived my 7 month old was asleep. I called inside and asked if he could kindly bring the pizzas to me and he said he would, but I watched him slam the phone down and complain to another employee about what I had asked. All he had to do is say no, so I quickly ran in and told him about what I witnessed and he was still very rude and short with me. Like I said if it was too much of a hassle or something they are not allowed to do, all he had to say was no. I know it might not seem like a big deal for some people, but as a new mom, I was just asking for a little help, I would have been happy to meet him at the door...

This one star rating is specifically for the manager and delivery driver Lea. I ordered my teenager pizza and instead of leaving it at the door like she was suppose to per my instructions for no contact drop off, she asked my daughters for an adult and then called the cops to do a welfare check on my daughters. Be careful if Lea delivers your pizza. She calls the cops to make false reports on customers. When the app notified me my order was delivered, I definitely did not leave her a tip since she most definitely didn’t deserve one. My 12 year old daughter went in to pay for our cheese sticks and there's a black girl who works there who literally argued with her and me over a .59 cent cup of cheese sauce. I finally pulled the order up on my phone and showed her that we did indeed order the cheese sauce. Everyone else that works there were very nice and understanding, but she was so rude and so argumentative, it was unbelievable. I've never had someone be so rude to my child or myself over 59 cents!!
