Burger King — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I recently visited this Burger King and was very upset with the experience. We went through drive thru around 10pm and ordered dbl whopper combo and chicken fries. We received sloppy whopper, but the chicken fries were old, stale, burnt and hard like a rock, which is unacceptable and disrespectful to the customer to serve someone that especially when being charged 20 dollars for fast-food. We didnt realize it until we drove home being the only location in west Pembroke Pines store #4921. When we returned to address to address the issue, the manager was rude and gave us an attitude, never once apologize and acting mad with us like we were in the wrong. We told him is this what you serve your customers, and just grabbed the bag and receipt and said aggressively im only refunding chicken fries. What was shocking He never once apologize. Due to his attitude, I told him i was going to file a complaint to corporate. he told us "Do what you do" and close the glass window on us. On July 26 ,2024 at 8:00 pm I went through drive thru and asked to place two orders to use coupons, the drive thru lady replied 1 per vehicle and as I was replying it had been done before the manager interrupted very rudely to reinforce it was 1 per vehicle, I asked if I can get down and they said yes, I got down made a line and I was told no it was one per ticket. However, they did honor the person in front of me two coupons in one ticket, I told the manager why they allowed them to use it and not me and the manager was rude replying because there were three people together. It is very disrespectful to enforce one rule to one client but not to another. I did not argue, talk back or confront, but the manager seemed to be very eager to get his point across. I left without placing an order, I called the store to ask for the manager on duty name, the employee called out a name and was then hung up on. Then at that point I decided to take my business...

First off I'm going to start out by saying the woman in the drive-through has the nastiest attitude she does not wear hairnets and her hair is totally out of place and their handling food!?!?, she doesn't seem to be listening even though she supposed to be taking your order I ordered a burger paid extra to have things on there that were not on ( this is happen more than 3 times on different occasions) but today I just decided to go inside of the Burger King to fix my order the place smelled horrid the floor was dirty behind the counter was nasty I just asked for a refund when I walked up to the counter I think an assistant manager asked me what did I want before I have even open my mouth to explain my problem if you live in the Pembroke Pines area please avoid this Burger King at all cost the staff is unprofessional and dirty .
