Hot Off De Grill — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I get disappointed everytime that I come in after 5p that there aren't any Jamaican Patties. They are always out and I have seen folks come in at the same time asking for them. Please can you try to keep them available baked hot and fresh in the evening after 5p? Sometimes I just come for Patties but leave out with nothing when they have ran out. I can see if they run out and make more later but noone says that they will have more later. When they are out, they are out. I just love them so and it disappoints me that they can't have them available throughout the day and night. The small containers of food have so much rice and peas but less meat and sides especially plantains for the costly price. I moved here from IL and finally found a good tasting Jerk chicken spot but the amounts and lack of food is not worth continuing to come back. Service is good and Restuarant is clean. Please do...

I don't know who is crazy enough to complain about this place.... The food is always fresh and is a great value for the quality and portion. Honestly, you don't need a lunch special to appreciate the value. The jerk chicken is all breast and juicy and charred and amazing and the rice and peas and slaw are always on point. I grew up eating Jamaican food and I know the real deal when I get it. I wouldn't expect rushed American service in a chill neighborhood style joint like this. Come in and sit down, and enjoy a bite of hot food that tastes like someone's grandma is back there cooking. Absolutely zero complaints and I used to eat here 3x a week when my daughter was going to Pre-K close by....

I went yesterday at 12, I notice the prices are up, I ordered 2 larges, 1 with curried goat and 1 with chicken, but first the rice and peas were only rice, there was like 4 peas in the whole container. They run out of cabbage, the lady didn't put the plantains in one of the orders, the waiting line was too long and when I get to paid, they put ox tail (of course, more expensive) instead of chicken and charge me much more. One of the ladies who serve the food was making a mess, all the food out of the containers and picking it up with the hands and serving again. And to finish, the attitude when they talk to people...🙄😒come on, If you don't like to talk to people get another job !...
