Would have rated this 2.5 stars, but decided to show some mercy here. For starters, the chicken parm pizza is not as good as it may look in my picture. As another reviewer commented, their pizza is SALTY. The chicken lacked flavor, although there was a decent amount, as was the case with the amount of cheese. Their garlic rolls were good, just above average.

A huge letdown was the dough. If you're going to call yourself "Dough Boys", make sure you get that part right! Tried the crust before the ingredients, and right off the bat we knew we were in trouble. No taste, too chewy, and salty. Our group would rate the dough no higher than 2 stars. Dominos' dough is actually better. And to those who have called this "NY style pizza", I don't know how to even address that. It is anything but that. Maybe since it is round??

Finally, we only ate half of the pizza, and asked for a box. The very polite young man at the counter went into the kitchen to get me a box. When I get it to the table and open it, the box had been used, apparently to put a to-go order in it and cut it in the box. He promptly got me another one.

On a positive note, the young men who were working the front were friendly and courteous, so no complaints there. I'll also give this place credit for responding to negative reviews, which I really appreciate. Although frankly, their response is somewhat canned, and something like, "Sorry you had a bad experience. We will learn from this and strive to do better." But I gave them 3 stars instead of 2 because of their responses and the attention of the staff today.

Will we go back? We think so, as they deserve another chance. But next time our expectations will...

I have dined here 3 times. On this go around I ordered the lunch special spaghetti and meat balls with mozzarella sticks. I called at 12:04 Pm, was told it would be ready in 25 min, in which case I was not able to pick up until 12:58 PM. That would make the food ready at approximately 12:30. So let us just say that I was late by like 30 Min. The food was tasteless with a side of hardened mini cheese blocks. I called and tried to speak with someone so that I could get my money back and I would have the pleasure of returning the food that I bothered to pick up. The lady on the phone made a huge deal of the fact that I was late by 30 min, which usually if they deliver it takes them like 45 min to an hour to get to you. Than she told that there was nothing she could do and that she would have to talk to the owner and that they would get back to me. I expressed to her that I am at work and that I leave at a specific time and that I would need to know by then. It has been a little bit over an hour and I have heard nothing. I even expressed to the lady how good I think their food usually is, but on this go around the food was not worth at all $17.18. I told her that the only thing worth anything in my lunch was the garlic bread. Anyway, I will probably not hear back from them, and that is the only reason why I have decided to write this review, because that is $17.18 from a working 9 month pregnant women who just wanted something tasty for lunch. If I could give zero Stars I would this place came highly recommended by a dear friend all he would talk about at Doughboys was the tuna salad my wife and I decided to stop by coming from Hialeah this place was clean inviting the smell of fresh baked garlic bread had my mouth watering so I decided to order called my guy to see if he wanted something so I place the order for me and my wife tuna antipasto salad extra scoop of extra tuna decided to eat in I was the third order when we walked in took a while understandable due to the fact I was told it would be enough for 2 people both salads arrived one was tuna mushrooms cheese lettuce onions just what I asked for the other was with meat total opposite you can see from the photo we don't eat pork brought it to the polite young man's attention and that's when everything changed said he no longer make salads with just tuna only with the pork this is how it comes he could not make a fresh salad without pork I couldn't believe what I was hearing I was so confused and disgusted we decided to leave upon putting the car in Reverse another customer said why did you guys leave and we explained he stated the place hasn't been the same different faces I said that to say this most definitely I would not be returning wasn't offered a refund for my hard earn money just took it as a loss I was really looking forward to supporting very hard to find a good salad that's...
