Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I came in the Pizza Hut, 12113 Pembroke Road, Pembroke Pines Florida. There was about a 30 second to a minute wait. The young lady calms up front very hyper. She asked for my number with my mask on she could not hear me and she yelled what!? I lowered my mask told her my name told him my number and the experience gotten worse. The young lady asked me what did I want. I told her and I asked her about their wings. She told me that their chicken wing fryer machine is broken and then I had to tell her, look I am not in a rush to order please let me see what I want to order. I received more attitude I asked to speak to the manager. She said, I AM THE MANAGER!! I told her I am a Google Maps reviewer and I will be writing a bad review about this store. The young lady said she does not care. I asked for the customer service number she will not release it to me and even threatened to call the authorities on me while I stand in the corner of the store on the phone trying to reach Pizza Hut customer service. I have never in my 55 years of living been treated so nasty by a little girl. She had a name chain tag on which says Samantha I told her look Samantha, that's not my name that's my daughter's name. Another customer came in she was very cordial with him after I gave her some lessons about customer service. She does not believe that I was going to contact Pizza Hut's customer service or write a bad review which I am doing. The young lady threatened to call the authorities because I would not leave or place an order as fast as she wanted me to, while I was on the phone. With an attitude she said are you going to place an order or not if not get out of my store. I cannot recommend this store for pickup or to place an order inside the store you may experience...

I must say that my pizza was absolutely beautiful. Probably the best pizza that I have ever gotten from Pizza Hut ever. I got my usual large 3-topping carry out pizza special for $7.99.

I paid for extra cheese and actually got extra cheese. In the past, I have actually had to return my pizza because extra cheese was not added to my pizza. The restaurant itself was clean and my pizza was already ready; winning!

When I walked in the cashier was helping another customer. I'm listening to these two ladies explain to her what they want which was basically a medium supreme minus two of the meats. All together it came out to just 4 toppings and they were about to pay $14 until I told them about the carry out special; that they could add a topping and still come out cheaper.

The reason for the 3 stars is because the lack of the cashier telling them that. She was really about to let those women pay all that money for a medium knowing they could get a whole large for cheaper. That is not good customer service to me. You are supposed to let your customers know about the best value; not rob them of money. How I found about the carry out special was because of a pizza hut cashier sometime ago after she saw that I was about to spend more money. That should be a practice at every location. She even seemed to have an attitude when the ladies canceled their order and went online to place their order to get the deal. Why who knows? To me that's one less customer you have to interact with unless paying with cash.

We placed an order for delivery at the above location last night about at 11pm. Upon placing the order and saying the delivery address, when she confirmed the address we had to correct it twice because different parts of the address was incorrect (no big deal). Upon waiting for sometime we called the store and asked for the status of out order. The woman who answered the phone greeted us with MAJOR ATTITUDE. She was very rude and stated that the driver was outside and called and messaged us multiple times and then HUNG UP IN OUR FACES right after saying that! After someone else called back, come to find out she wrote down the wrong phone number and she was very reluctant to work with us and still continued to be extremely disrespectful. We asked to speak to the manager and then she stated she was the manager (come to find out later she was not). We asked her for her name and she said it was "Savannah"(no such person works there).
