Great food, strong drinks, nice customer service. I went for the first time after passing this place for nearly 2 years because of an Twitter ad/post and I was pleasantly surprised. Although they were changing over the security allowed us to come in and order food and buy drinks which is all I wanted after a long day of business travel. Drinks were stiff which is rare in these parts which I appreciated. Bartender was nice and attentive. The bar is fully stocked and they carry Red Stripe which is my fav.

Their menu has lots of offerings from Caribbean light bites which are reasonably priced, to mid-range entrees and dishes. Chicken, beef, and seafood options available. I enjoyed calamari and the grand pepper shrimp. The dj came in around 11 and was playing good reggae and soca music for the late night crowd. The place is family friendly til 11 and dress code is casual. Security is tight which made me feel good for l as late night partying. Late night crowd age group seemed to be 20s-30s. Late night attire is club/ grown and sexy. Attractive staff also noted, the men and the women were good for the eyes.

Finally got a chance to check this place out last night. Environment is nice, very clean inside. But the service is horrible, spilled my drink due to the lime wedge being so tight on the cup( literally 20 seconds after receiving) after cleaning it up, I’d expect them to offer me another drink(even if I had to pay for it) they never did. Sat there for my food, not once did they care if I needed a drink or not. Only person I saw got checked on was the new people who sat at the bar. I asked for my food to dine-in. But it came out with to-go condiments and a to-go container I was only missing a plastic bag to walk out. I started to eat my food, still no drink offered. At this point I closed my plate and left… One girl spent forever in her phone. Not checking on customers.. not sure if I’d give this place a second try. But they do need to learn how to up sell and provide better service. I won’t complain about price, your price is your price. I don’t like writing bad reviews, but hopefully this helps shape the service in there. Good luck...

After purchasing multiple bottles at this establishment. I ordered food and waited patiently until i saw my order was given to another patron right in front of me. After confirming the order was indeed mine . I politely asked the waitress to either remake the food or refund me for my order. The waitress insisted that I take the food from the person that received my order and already opened my food and walked out the venue. I refused to accept the food that already had been tampered with due to obvious food safety concerns and was told by the waitress either take it or leave it and I wouldn’t be granted a refund. That’s when I proceeded to ask for a supervisor who came to me very hostile and initially denied my refund and told me to get out of his club and to take back the petty money I had spent with them and called...
