The most polite people I’ve met here. Called to ask if they could help me with closing the back of my watch and they offered they could do it without any charge. Once I got there I decided to have the battery replaced too. They took nothing more then 5 minutes and informed me before closure that the watch had some damaged parts. I walked in with 4 watches needing 4 batteries replaced. I was greeted by a friendly woman who quoted me and told me my watches would be ready in 10 minutes and then I could have a seat and grab a cold refreshment from the mini fridge . In less than 10 minutes, my watches were ready and set to the current time and date. I was blown away. amazing service and the price was friendly as well. They gave me a one year warranty. I will definitely return for future watch...

I had a wonderful experience at Pembroke Jewelers. Melissa greeted me and had suggestions for repair of a vintage bracelet. She was very professional and got back to me with the cost after the jeweler assessed it. Very fair price and quick repair. I picked up the bracelet and they not only repaired the clasp and added a few links but cleaned it and polished it....
