Horrible customer service. The waiters and waitress are rude. The people at the food counter didn't even respond when my baby cousin asked them if they knew where he could get ketchup for his fries. Most of the meat is also undercooked and I'm not talking about the sushi section. I also believe they should have a diverse hiring system because the customers are integrated.
