As others have said this location is definitely under new management and it is for the worse, you can pretty much disregard any reviews from under the previous owners older than at least March of 2025.

Phone orders now seem to go through a call center with customer service agents that aren't even familiar with the menu, I got tired of waiting for the woman I got to take her third pause to still not figure out what a D15 was and just hung up and went to make my order in person.

The food will likely vary with what you get but from my experience has taken a drastic hit in quality. The fried rice was bland and pale as if it had never even seen heat of an actual stove, the crab rangoon was practically just pure cream cheese, the boneless spareribs which would usually be very well cooked with a good char were limp and soggy and the sad excuse for an eggroll (usually my favorite) at first just seemed far smaller and soggier but after taking a bite doesn't even have the same fillings.

In all honesty the quality was closer to what you'd expect from the frozen food section of Walmart than from even take...

Honestly, food is usually always good but the delivery sucks. They always have a problem delivering to my house. Yes it can be a bit tricky but I've been ordering here for years. Most of the time they call for more instructions but tonight ive been waiting for over an hour and forty five minutes. I'm still waiting as I write this. I will now go somewhere else for my Chinese food. My Chinese food will now be cold and I spent 40 dollars on my credit card with a tip included. I waited to post this and called again. And the person told me he can't find my apartment and there's nothing he can do. Who does that.. didn't even order a refund or a discount. Just got my food cold and to top it off it's wrong. Never...

Ordered Hot and sour soup, Pork fried rice and Sweet and sour chicken. The fried rice was almost black, (too much soy sauce) and tasted like very bland. The soup was just fair. The Sweet and sour chicken was a joke. The chicken, and I don't know if it was really chicken, was wrapped in this God awful thick batter that tasted like paste. The Sweet and sour sauce came in a plastic container and had the consistency of unhardened cement. There were 3 tiny pieces of pineapple in it. No peppers or onion. The worst Chinese food I ever had. And I pain $27.00 for this garbage....
