Read moreBreakfast is my favorite meal of the day and today was my first time dining at the Omelette Factory. On a positive note, I will give a star for perfectly over easy eggs and another star for having sourdough toast. I will only order hash if it's from a can. I know, super gross but, it's what I like. I asked the waitress, of course, if it was canned. (If not I would have just had a slice of bacon). She replied with "both"! Wow, that was surprising. When the plate arrived it looked just as it should and the home fries were tasty. The hash however, was quite possibly the worst I have EVER had. On top of that, they had every kind of gluten free bread substitute you could ask for--bread, English muffins, pancakes, waffles, etc. They could even make their specialty pancakes (like the pumpkin!) gluten free! Our waitress was careful about everything with me and seemed to enjoy my joy over getting to have so much wonderful food I haven't had in a long time. This place is even worth the drive from Boston proper. If you're a celiac/gluten free, don't...
