The Omelette Factory, located at 24 Schoosett St, Pembroke, MA, a culinary haven that offers an unforgettable breakfast and lunch experience. But there’s one dish that truly steals the show - the Lobster Bisque.

This isn’t just any soup, it’s a masterpiece. The Lobster Bisque is a creamy, rich, and indulgent dish that’s so incredibly satisfying, it alone warrants a five-star rating. It’s not just good, it’s the best Lobster Bisque you’ll ever have. A dish so perfect, you’d hope it never changes.

But the culinary delights don’t stop there. The Omelette Factory also offers a variety of other standout dishes that are sure to satisfy your palate:

Lobster Omelette: A generously sized dish that promises a hearty meal. Come hungry!

Boneless Buffalo Tenders: A zesty delight that’s sure to add a kick to your meal!

Eggs Benedict: A timeless classic that never disappoints.

The Hungry Man Breakfast: A robust meal that’s perfect for those with a big appetite.

So, if you’re in Pembroke, Massachusetts, and looking for a place to enjoy a meal that’s sure to satisfy, The Omelette Factory is worth a visit. They are open from 6 am to 3 pm every day, serving breakfast all day long.

However, do note that it’s usually a bit of a wait between 8 am to 1 pm Fridays through Sundays, and between 9:30 am to 11:30 am on weekdays as these are their typical peak hours. So, it’s a good idea to arrive a little earlier than you want to have your meal.

Come for the Lobster Bisque, stay for the warm, inviting atmosphere and excellent service. Don’t miss out on this...

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and today was my first time dining at the Omelette Factory. On a positive note, I will give a star for perfectly over easy eggs and another star for having sourdough toast. I will only order hash if it's from a can. I know, super gross but, it's what I like. I asked the waitress, of course, if it was canned. (If not I would have just had a slice of bacon). She replied with "both"! Wow, that was surprising. When the plate arrived it looked just as it should and the home fries were tasty. The hash however, was quite possibly the worst I have EVER had. It was in fact canned but had been adultered with what tasted of a metric ton of worstershire sauce and chopped onions. #neveragain. To make it additionally less than stellar, we sat waiting for our check as our waitress stood and chatted in the kitchen with her feet visible from under the doors....

This place was INCREDIBLE! It was super busy (what I would expect for a Saturday morning), but still only a 15 minute wait. I have Celiac Disease, so I just assumed I'd be able to have eggs and bacon and have to stress to the waitstaff about cross contamination. I walked in and the first thing I saw was "gluten-free clam chowder" on the specials board. I haven't had clam chowder that wasn't from a can in YEARS. It was SUCH a treat! On top of that, they had every kind of gluten free bread substitute you could ask for--bread, English muffins, pancakes, waffles, etc. They could even make their specialty pancakes (like the pumpkin!) gluten free! Our waitress was careful about everything with me and seemed to enjoy my joy over getting to have so much wonderful food I haven't had in a long time. This place is even worth the drive from Boston proper. If you're a celiac/gluten free, don't...

We were around Pembroke today shopping, my pregnant friend and I wanted a quick bite so we ended up in Omelette Factory which was in the end an excellent choice. It was not crowded as they respected the guidelines and have everyone distancing but was somehow busy as people were coming in and out. Found a table as we got in. A waitress guided us and handed us a menu right away. After our selections, we got served under 12 minutes literally and the portions were gigantic, Jesus. If you have someone with big appetite this is the place to go. Very large portions at a reasonable price. My "Everything but the kitchen sink" omelette was so big I did not know how to start eating it. Everything tasted delicious, the eggs Blackstone were absolutely divine, the french toasts, delicious. The mimosa, well balanced. We are definitely going back. We loved everything we ordered.
