The sub was sub par, the potato skins and chicken was really bad tasting. We ate 1 wing out of a order of 15 and 1 potato skin. We did not touch the fries. Tasted like old grease.
It was disappointing, as the female that took the order was wonderful. When I called the and the guy answered, he spent more time fighting with me over how fresh his grease was, rather than say we can make it right. Very disappointing.
Update: March 22, 2023 The owner came to my house with Chicken wings, potato skins and fries. Apologize for handling the situation the way he did. Explained he was really busy.
My honest opinion, it takes more of a man to admit his fault and try to make the situation right. To me personally, it shows tremendous character for someone to show true humility and understand they mishandled the situation and apologize. I praise this type of behavior, because I believe we become better, stronger, and create unity through self humility. Kudos 👏 we are all human and could learn from this.
I have increased my rating 4 stars. Great job sir trying to correct the situation 👏 👍It was a plus that the food was as good as it was the first time I ordered it...

Initially, the first tumbler fell into place--the submarine-sandwich had a good weight to it. I'd ordered hundreds of subs before, but this one was different and, in all fairness, knocked my previously tried and trued sub shop down a rung. Paid 11 and some change. Got in car, focused on weather conditions and my destination. Got myself to where I needed to go, ripped the bag open and was surprised by what I saw: everything was there, it was aesthetically pleasing, no expense spared and generous(unlike chain restaurants), the Syrian roll reflected the name of the business (at least to the untrained eye it didn't look mass-produced). It was good. Recommend this...
