Family Dollar — Local services in Pembroke

Managers here have a really nasty attitude, family dollar should train the managers with better customer service, how come employees have a better customer service than managers? Family dollar never has change so I come here and pay with change which has never been a problem and now "April" says she can't accept it, it has to be in rolls, so they get change from the bank so I don't have to come here and donate.
