If I could give 0 stars I would. Im usually pretty easy going and forgiving. I work in a restaurant, so I understand how hard and frustrating it can get. However, this is absolutely ridiculous. The last 4 times I've ordered from here I've had the exact same issue. I always get a double cheeseburger with no pickles or onions. And for the last 4 times I've ended up with onions on the burger. On its own, this is not an issue. As I said, I'm understanding and forgiving. The issue is that the onions have, every time, been in between the patties. I didn't think much of it the first two times, but after it kept happening I thought it over. McDonald always puts the onions and pickles on the top patty. This means some messed up, and instead of getting a new patty, they tried to hide the mistake. Every time. It sounds stupid and insane to even complain about, but it's just that ridiculous. I can't imagine it's that big of a deal to just get a new patty. It's either utter laziness and lack of caring, or they just have an absolutely oblivious cook who isn't paying attention to what they're doing. I tried to call the restaurant to talk to someone directly, all I know is didn't get an answer. I don't know if I had the wrong number or if they were just busy, but I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I go to the McDonald's because the kids love it, obviously, but I am absolutely done with this location. Within half a mile of this spot there is also a Dairy Queen, a Subway, a Mexican restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and a few others. Save yourself the trouble and go to...
Read moreDumpster fire experience, ordered just a deluxe chicken sandwich at kiosk before my coworkers, well I'm standing there and noticed my coworkers already got their food and were gone and so we're all the people in line in front and behind me. After about 10- 12 mins a lady from the kitchen tells me they are sorry it will be about 8 mins before chicken is ready unless I want something else. I said I'm kind of running behind I will take whatever you've got ready or soon to be ready. She says ok and walk like she's going to bag something up and I'd be on my way, but no... I stood there tapping my feet just ready to go, she repeatedly walking to the counter to give other customers their food but intentionally avoided making eye contact with me. The total cost was 6 dollars and I even considered just saying the hell with $ 6 my time was more valuable. 12 mins later they gave me my bag and I ran to the truck and we left in a hurry. I get between Pembroke and Glennville, open the bag and I there was a single cheeseburger and a small fry. All that time for a chicken sandwich and I got a burger in which I don't like McDonald's hamburgers. Yes may have been just that day but it's the only time I've ever been there and feel fortunate.. tighten...
Read moreThe last five times I have been to this McDonalds in Pembroke, Ga. the order has been wrong. This time through the drive thru we opened our order in the parking lot to find 4 cold cheeseburgers. We ordered 3 oatmeal cookies and found 3 chocolate chips. When asked why, the girl at the window said she doesn't know what we order. Funny because she asked what I had ordered and I told her...she still gave me the wrong cookies and when asked why, she said we would have to wait 3 minutes to have the cookies cooked, which is what happens every time I go there. I promise I am not exaggerating. The management is in dire need of reprimand to get the kids working there on the same page as the standards set forth by McDonalds corporate. We have seen manager after manager at this store in the past two years. They need help. Also since the self serve register displays have been added, the employees just look at you when you come up to the counter. Not everyone wants to use a machine and wants personal interaction. Pembroke is in a definite need of more fast food competition. The lack of it has made this...
