Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Penn Hills

The lady at the pick up window was super nice and pleasant to interact with. No issue with that. I have no feedback on the atmosphere since we placed the order online and picked up at the window. My issue is with the ordering service they now use to place orders. We got our pizza back home, which was supposed to be a meat lovers minus the beef and pork (keeping the pepperoni, sweet sausage and so on) as well as adding on some other veggies. We get home and the pizza is onions, banana peppers and pineapple and that’s it. We called the store to ask for a new pizza to be made and it’s an answering service that says the manager will call you back in approximately 5 minutes… no call. I call again and talk to someone else who says the same thing but says they’re transferring me to the actual store to speak with someone. This time, no answer, just rang until it ended the call. Third time I call back, the lady at the customer service line was just plain rude. I just asked for a refund because we were out of time to get the correct pizza with my husband leaving for work. It wasn’t worth it at this point, however the pizza was $26 and we just wanted our money back. I again was told someone would call me back in 5 minutes from the store. There’s no way to contact the store directly that I can find. The pizza was wrong and I’m out money and I still had to make food in the end. I don’t have time to run back to Pizza Hut right now. Worst Pizza I have ever had in my entire life I am 69 years old it was nothing but oil oil no taste whatsoever of oregano in the sauce or on the pizza anywhere the dough was lousy it was the worst I've ever tasted and they call an eight cut Pizza a large it was only 12 in in diameter what a ripoff I'll never go back there again I was told that they had really good pan pizza and I thought I'd give it a try never again the worst I've ever tasted I ruined a good shirt when I picked up a piece of pizza and the oil was actually running off of the pizza off the bottom of the pizza it had pepperoni which really had no flavor and also the green peppers where you could see through them they were so thin again no flavor all I could taste was oil I ain't my dog wouldn't even eat it there's too much oil never again worst investment I've ever made I will never return to any Pizza Hut ever they can't compare to anyone else any any type of pizza shop is better than Pizza Hut let me tell you they're the worst and for a pan pizza it wasn't even cooked all the way through the bottom was still raw dough they put too much oil in them pans shouldn't put any oil in those pans at all like I...

To the older lady behind the counter making pizzas, you should be ashamed of yourself. For two reasons, what gives you the right to be extremely disrespectful to all the delivery drivers and customers that come in for their food/orders. The poor guy kindly asked you for the receipts for two orders he was trying to deliver for and you have the nerve to tell him he should know his orders and that you don’t give out receipts? Meanwhile a few people are hold their receipts. Unfortunately for your lack of understanding, delivery drivers are not allowed to look at what’s in the boxes you hand them. They go by names of the order. Second, how dare you slam people’s orders onto the counter when they come in to get their food. No one said a negative thing to you. Guy behind the counter is completely capable of handling customers without your two cents. All you did was make a fool of yourself. I understand the fact life can get busy and hectic but that gives you absolutely no right to treat/speak to anyone like that no matter how hard it gets. Let alone handling their food.
