I've held off reviewing in the past because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and hoped that future experiences would be better, but it's just gets worse every time. This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Super slow service, you order at the counter and the same girl taking orders, usually with an attitude, then ignores you and starts helping make drink orders for her friends. She clearly doesn't want to be there and doesn't hide it. You finally get your food from someone else who notices a group of people waiting for food and that a line has formed with no one being helped. Most of the time no matter how early or when you get there, they hardly have any of the most popular standard donuts, don't know who's in charge of food planning. It's pretty obvious that no one there has any prior food service or food service management experience. I feel bad leaving this review, but until they get themselves together I'd go somewhere else. Aug 14th about 1:00 I asked the young guy at the counter very nicely to make sure the cheese was melted on the 4 sandwiches I ordered. He walked away in a huff and the guy working the drive thru took my money. When I got to my vehicle and drove away I noticed the temperature was good but when I opened the bag he put the orange cheese on my Hot Honey sandwich. It had to be on purpose. To top it off the egg on the 2nd sandwich was like rubber and it gave off a rotten odor when I smelled it! Shame I already ate half of it. Bottom line is the guy should be fired right away. I utilize the drive thru because I usually have two small kids with me. Today I didnāt receive half of my order. I had to park and go in because the drive thru was too long to go back around. I was missing 2 bacon and donuts. I went in and no one even greeted me. When I know they saw I walked in with two bags. I finally got someoneās attention and she said Iāll show her.
