My wife and I are full-time travelers (30'travel trailer), and usually on travel day, after setting up camp, we like to get carry-out (usually Chinese). Tonight we decided on subs and I particularly wanted a meatball sub. We found this place online, and drove over and placed an order. I got the large meatball parm sub, my wife got the cheesesteak w/no sauce, and an order of fries (to go). Driving back to camp was difficult, because of the smells coming from the bag on my lap. Both subs were excellent, as were the fries. The meatball sub had a toasted roll, and great marinara sauce, covering the meatballs, with a nice melted layer of cheese on top. I grabbed a photo of mine, but my wife was too hungry to get one of hers. Great subs, and a few leftover fries to have with lunch!

Im disappointed to bring my pizza home to see there was more than 1.5 inch worth of crust (they skimped on sauce and cheese), multiple crust bubbles throughout, and areas of missing toppings (pepperoni). I had to add my own spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese, and some pepperoni (which I had on hand from making homemade pizzas). Had I not, I feel like I would've been eating mostly crust. I understand local businesses are struggling in this economy, and I have been accepting the price increases from all local pizza shops. However, out of the 4 local Manheim pizza shops, Grazianos is similar in price ($17) to the others, but tonight was less in quality than their competition.

I love this place, the food is great, the employees are kind. Tonight however, must have been an off night. I ordered a small crispy chicken salad (which I have ordered before) The chicken was SO dry and SO hard I couldn't eat it. I did notice new faces, so maybe just learning, or hey, we all have a bad night. Whatever the case, I would have rather waited longer for them to prepare the chicken tenders right. I will still give you 5 stars because you're still one of my favorite places to eat šŸ˜Š

I love this place, the food is great, the employees are kind. Tonight however, must have been an off night. After the original owners sold the restaurant this place went own hill the only saving grace is the actual workers when the owner is there he can't take orders to save his life he can't make a pizza I ordered a large cheese I got there to pick up and he didn't want to be bothered with me he ignored the fact I called in 30 minutes ago with my name he didn't even start it then I ordered a stromboli got it from him got home it was half cooked I threw it away then just now I ordered a cheese burger with fries I get there to pick up I was handed a sub ok not what I ordered he argued with me but I was hungry so when I got home I opened up threw it out burger was raw in the middle and I was poorly put together I had to put it together so unless you like waisting money then this is a good place for you I'm never going back I'll take my...

So since the new owners refuse to introduce themselves i left a photo for you all to show you what his experience is on linkedin... a subway manager turned owner... huh??? Seem fishy to you? Well it should... this guy has ZERO experience as an owner nor has he no clue how to run a restaurant... mabey a gas station, but i would not trust him at all to make your food or to be ingrained in the community as the owner past... if u want your food made by people who dont speak English.. give it a whirl... but i say this ... its risky... no one back there has ANY EXPERIENCE IN COOKING, and your beloved pizza guy burns pizzas on the regular while spitting on them cuz he talks a lot over the pizza with no teeth... and ive never been to a pizza shop that makes pizzas with no gloves... but hey... good luck...

The pizza is good, however my wife and son were told to leave because my 4 year old little boy was being too loud to dine in. Keep that in mind before going in there with kids. It sounds like children aren't welcomed there.

Edit: In response to the reply, I am certainly not a bot and this unfortunately did happen today around 12pm EST time. Check you cameras. I will also email you so we can discuss further as I too agree that is 100% unacceptable.

Update: Yes that was my wife and son. You are missing the part where she was told that if he canā€™t keep my son quiet they will need to leave because they would be disturbing the other dine in guest. I can only speak to our experience and not anyone elseā€™s. Again, the pizza is good but we wonā€™t be going there again. Take ownership of the actions...
