i was in a laundry depot next to it and instead of a long wait by the washing machine thought of having a hot cappuccino. Just at the next door was dunkin and went in. sadly the cappuccino was filled very little. the cup was not filled completely and was not at all hot. It seems like it was prepared earlier for a customer who apparently had rejected it. the cappuccino was put aside, cooled and the same was given to me. it was an absolute disappointment. i will never ever go there again. If i ever go there again then it would be just to complain to the store manager. I would either want my money back or a replacement cappuccino. This was enough to spoil my whole day. He apologized and was friendly and made sure with the workers that my order was made right (which they ended up messing up anyways because my sandwiches were wrong and they used the wrong cheese.) Even my hot coffee was watered down. Food was okay but they messed up 75% of my order. The ice coffee was mid. Read moreCoffee is okay but nothing special. Sometimes time's the cold brew tastes bad. Their expresso is not true expresso. And when you buy iced coffee they fill the cup all the way to the top with ice. You really only get maybe 10 to 12 oz of coffee in a large. And they charge you more what for the ice. If you buy a regular cup of coffee you get three times as much and it's a couple bucks cheaper. Never really made sense to me. Don't even get me started on the factory made Donuts.
