EVO'S Pizza — Restaurant in Penndel

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered the four piece fried chicken platter (which included fries). They told me on the phone that would include two pieces of white meat, and two pieces of dark meat. When it showed up, I got four small (and overly breaded) chicken wings and cold french fries.

I called to complain and they acknowledged they delivered the wrong food (saying the kitchen ran out of the white meat and legs and thighs so they decided to substitute the wings which was all they had left) and the manager said they would credit the cost of the meal on my next order.

I called the next day to get a replacement meal, and the same manager said the would only discount my order by the three dollar delivery fee. When I complained they tried to add $20 additional onto my $24 order (for a total of $44) before doing the courtesy of reducing that overcharge by $13. Im not sure what their actual name is. Tummy Yummy, EVO's or Best Pizza LLC. obviously a ploy to get unsuspecting new customers because they arent getting repeat biz. This place is by far the worst I have ever had. Everything was precooked and then microwaved. Seriously! an entire pizza and 2 cheesesteaks were reheated in a microwave before serving. The garlic knots were too. everything was that soggy had that gummy texture. yet was scolding hot and served within 10 minutes of placing my order. I wish I could give them less...

ordered a garlic bread cheese steak with French fries - it was delicious, and the fries were cooked perfectly esp for take out! We were very impressed. However we ordered a chicken pizza steak- and didn’t have enough pizza sauce, disappointing! Also ordered a chicken Caesar wrap but literally had no ceasar dressing on it- was also served warm which was a little off, but could have gotten past that had there been some dressing on it!!
