Zeeno's Pizza — Restaurant in Penndel

Let me preface this with I am sorry for the bad review. I hope you look at this as a way to improve your food. I love local business and hope you succeed. The speed of service was great and the food arrived hot and in the exact condition it left the kitchen. I ordered "garlic knots" and a pizza, and was disappointed. The knots, or as the receipt called them "garlic knotts" came in a stick form. There was nothing redeeming about them. They were over cooked, not in knot form, they had no fresh garlic, no olive oil, and no parsley on them, it was literally some pizza dough, rolled into a stick, that had garlic powder sprinkled on top. I mean for Pete's sake "knot" is in the name, why would it be a stick? Let move on, the pizza's bottom was well done, but somehow the top was under cooked, the toppings were adequate in quantity, but the quality of the canned mushrooms was less than impressive. Fresh mushrooms are so cheap why go with canned to begin with? The specials are a good deal, but I would rather pay a bit more and get a quality pie with actual knots. If I just wanted cheap food without regard for quality I would go to little...

Ordered a cheese steak with onions, peppers, extra cheese. First time I was ever there. Now I dont know how many cheese steaks I've had in my life ? Lets just say, 55 years worth. The one I had last week at Zeeno's... was one of the best. Nice fresh roll, steak not dried out like so many places do, but juicy and seasoned just right. That was so good, I had to order a slice of plain pizza. I usually add different toppings, but I wanted to just taste test the plain. If it could stand on its own... anything on top should be good also. It was great. My only suggestion to them was/is to use fresh mushrooms. I would have ordered them with the steak. That wont stop me from returning, or ordering to go, or delivery. I've been searching for a good local place for ten years now. Not anymore... Zeeno's is...

I just was there. I personally did not order anything. My husband did. I paid. However, I questioned the price on an item mushroom steak sandwich $7.00 on menu. I check receipt and it says $7.50. I can not find French fries but they are 3.50. I ask young man who was stacking sodas and another gentleman (I say that loosely) jumps in on conversation and proceeds to tell me very kurtly that it states right on the menu that the prices are subject to change. It took me over 10 minutes to find that because it is posted sideways in the crease of your menu. I find that man in red shoes was short and rude.
