Bucket Snacks Candy Store — Restaurant in Penns Grove

Went there today, my friends and I were told they only took card. That wasn't a problem however, just thought that it was odd. Okay, so we get told that they are out of most things which was disappointing to hear but on the bright side they had the things we wanted. For the most part at least... okay moving onto the food, My friend ordered a walking taco. She said her walking taco was mediocre, but it's a store in Penns Grove we didn't expect much from it. I ordered a milkshake. They were out of vanilla ice-cream so i made do with the "strawberry shortcake" flavor of milkshake or whatever it was. I get the milkshake and take one sip and it tasted like straight up Nesquik strawberry milk. the milkshake had no thickness or creaminess what so ever. straight up just milk. not to mention half the cup was literally just all whip cream. I don't know if this story was just nit picky or anything but a day or two before I decided to go in and try them I ordered the "fried Oreos" off of door dash. When I got them it looked quite good honestly. However i was very disappointed when I attempted to bite into that fried hockey puck of a "fried Oreo". The ice cream on top tasted similar to school ice cream. I only went in a second time just to see if going in person had any difference. Absolutely not!!! The only good thing I have to say about this place was that the service was quick and the man was nice. The food was just not as good as people hyped...

Today I took my two sons the Black Gloves Studio. In my experience, Black Gloves Studio was amazing. Today I booked with Johnson and he was funny, polite, professional, and overall made me very comfortable. It is also very good to know that there is a colored barber near me to cut the hair of my two sons. To add to this, I saw them cut both Hispanic and Caucasian people good too. I came in and asked about the Dubai chocolate cups or the bars and she said she sold out. Then told me to check DoorDash first, crazy because before I even made the trip that’s what I did and they were available on there…. The whole time she seemed like she had an attitude with getting ice cream or popcorn. Store was not stocked.
