Pats Pizzeria — Restaurant in Penns Grove

I recently placed an order at Pat’s Pizzeria in Penns Grove and I must say that the customer service and Salad was outstanding. From the moment Matt ( the manager) answered the phone I felt welcomed. When I asked about the Southwest Chicken Salad which consists of Spring Mix, Red Onions, Tomato, Corn, Black Bean, Tortilla Chips, Monterey Jack Cheese, Chipotle Ranch, and Grilled Chicken, Matt provided insightful recommendations such as seasoning the chicken and seasoning the freshly fried tortilla strips. After adding pico de gallo to the salad Matt’s suggestion elevated the Southwest Chicken Salad to a whole other level! Delivery was timely and the driver was friendly. I order from here all the time but today was different..today I was sent a square pizza that was half cooked I called asap and Rickie told me he's sorry the driver must've taken it out early and said he would send me another and I can keep the bad one I thought OK cool I can put it in the oven later. If you go to Pat's Pizzeria, you may get better pizza than if you order one for home delivery. The pizzas that you get for home delivery are customized - you can have just about anything added as a topping and make special requests. But I think the pizza you buy and eat in the restaurant is better, tastes better than what they send out. They are very fast to get a pizza (or cheese steak or hoagie) to your door but then you have to give the delivery person a tip, pay tax, etc., etc., so that the total bill goes up and up.
