Burger King — Restaurant in Pennsauken Township

This is by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been too. The food isn’t fresh. If it’s not busy you get old warmed up food, and if you ask for fresh food you get an attitude from employees. I went the other day to get a quick meal because I got off work late and the boys were hungry and my son wanted some Burger King so I said Okay. I give the girl my order I wanted the cheese and bacon chicken sandwich, one whopper, and the spicy chicken sandwich meals. She says okay then I move to the window. I asked the girl to please tell me my order again just to make sure it was correct and it wasn’t. So I tell her again what I wanted. The manager got upset with “ME” because she heard me wrong. I told her my order again and she said “no you didn’t say that you said this” again I said “ no, this is what I said” so she then proceeded with an attitude to tell me I ordered what she heard I told her again no and to please get my order correctly. When I get the food I make sure to count 3 sandwiches and my other stuff because I was already annoyed and wanted to leave. I drive all the way home and my husband takes the food out and give my son his he takes his and of course my sandwich is not IN THERE!!! Ugh I was soooooo upset! You get all the way home and your order is not correct. I was so angry that I knew if I went back I would of cursed her out and disrespected her so I decided to leave it alone and just write a review. The receipt on the right is the correct order after telling her to fix it, the one on the left is what we got. This is the worst Burger King EVER! It’s not the first time they mess up orders either my mother went there once and the same thing...

When placing my order I was rushed to give the details of my order only to have wait in the drive thru for approximately 13 minutes to order and receive my food. The cashier was not pleasant at all. I was charged an additional .27 cents for a sauce, in which it should've been complimentary because of my excessive wait time. My fries were not cooked completely, they were hot but not done. It tasted as if they were pulled from the fryer minutes before the cooking process completed in order to get my order. My order was over $12 for a sub par meal with less than inviting customer service. I will not be going back to Burger King again. There are plenty of fast food restaurants that I can patronage but this one was on my way home from work. Next time, I'll go a little further to enjoy a quick decent meal. By the way, as I was getting out of my car to go into thr house, the bottom of the bag fell through and my meal fell to the floor of the car. And no, the bag wasn't...

Horrible service I went there through the drive thru and felt rushed, the guy at the window was just trying to get me outta the way I ordered a number 2 and as I tried to order my daughter's happy meal he was just trying to place my order for me. When I got to the window I paid fot my food and stayed there waiting for my daughters happy meal the girl says you didn't get charged for it he gave you a 10 piece nuggets, mind you he read it back to me and still Gave me what he wanted to give me so I let them know that I didn't order a 10 piece nuggets I ordered a nuggets happy meal so the manager gets an attitude as if I'm the one that was wrong for him not listening and getting the order wrong.
