Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pennsauken Township

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I want to start by saying I have had two horrible experiences in the last week at this establishment. I would have stopped at one, however, I decided to give them another chance- and chalked it up to just poor service from the employees. I was there the other night and the cashier, one told me “this was going to be a problem” because they couldn’t find my order. Like she was BOTHERED by the online order. Instead of really looking- she stated there was “nothing there” with an attitude. The eventually did find my order online. Then I watched her taking another persons order, and walked away from the person- mid order. Then when she came back- she proceeded to pull out her cell phone and text while taking this woman’s order.

Tonight I go back- the woman was better, albeit not the friendliest but, much more astute than the previous cashier. However this time, the pizza is COMPLETELY UNDERCOOKED. Marinara sauce so cold parts of it are frozen. The bread sticks are disgusting. At this point- this entire pizza is not edible and I wasted...

I waited 2 hours for crazy bread and the manager was giving stuff out for free to his friends. He made me wait and then he hid in the back while I stood up front waiting for my food. Manger needs to be fired and replaced, never meet someone so oblivious and ignorant as that man. Also everyone should go ordered after me was getting all there food fresh and hot that also included the crazy bread I ordered but he didn’t give it to me and made me wait longer because he was friends with them. He also was saying how he brings a bunch of food home without paying for it. Also was serving food with no gloves and was touching trash, cross contaminating everything. Went in and was no one at counter, or even acknowledged I was there. After 5 mins and a bunch more people coming in someone came up and started going thru the people. Telling people that were out of stuff and one thing I had on my online order. Spoke to the girl who later came to the counter to handle customers and asked her about the Italian cheese bread..she wasn't sure a answer. Got my order..got home. The one Detroit style pizza wasn't even fully cooked. The Italian cheese bread was not even warm...and quite honestly tasted like it was sitting around for a bit.
